The Sight

The wind whistled dangerously across the land as the ship that the woman was near creaked from age and damage. It appeared to have been abandon for decades, and everything about it seemed to have a murky and haunting feelings to it. The wind whistled past her lobes, as if it were doing so in her ear which caused her to shiver from the spooky sensations that were haunting her mind.
She walked into the ship and went to explore. It had a very old, steel structure with many scratches as the paint seemed to be tearing away from the age that possessed it. The floor boards creaked as her paws carefully stepped onto them as if they were about to break from the pressure and weight. Her eyes shimmered from the moon that shed it's light through the broken glass windows, the color of them a deep, yet emerald color.
"Why did I even explore this damn place?" she asked herself as she continued onward. One of the rooms appeared to be a dining hall with silk sheets that covered a table, and rusted utensils that appeared to be rusted. Esperanza tilted her head when she saw them, but ignored the metal tools. Many doors were open and many had beds and closets built into the wall. Sleep had soon overcame her as she leapt onto the bed and placed her head on her forepaws, and, almost instantly, she closed her eyes. Placing her cranium on top of her paws as her ebony colored tail wrapped around her form and stayed at her right side.

Esperanza opened her eyes the best she could and yawned slightly. The sun peaked through the window and shimmered, causing her emerald orbs to shine their light color. It took a couple seconds for her eyes to adjust as she looked at the brute before her.
"Can I help you?" The woman asked as best of a good tempered way as she could since being not a morning wolf. Her claws dug into the soft, silk blankets that covered the bed, her ears perked forward, slightly twitching as she looked around the ship's room she was in.
It had to have been abandon since she could not smell any fresh scents to approach this place. The wood was worn out and broken as some planks were missing from the floor. She leaped down off the bed and onto the wood, causing it to squeak under the pressure that came off of her form. She shifted her head slightly to look back at the male wolf, smiling in a friendly way.

Esperanza smiled kindly and dipped her head in respect to the brute. Her emerald orbs looking into those of the older males, pearl colored canines showing slightly to the brute, but not in a bad way. "My name is Esperanza, but you may call me Esper," the dame continued to show kindness to the older wolf before her. "I may be in Glaciem, but I am kinder than most would expect me to be since I'm with them." She liked her pack, there were a few she was hoping she could become acquaintances with, but not knowing if that thought would ever come true.
Allen, as what the male said, was a unique name for a wolf like him. His brown or amber colored pelt showed some slight age, but she was happy to have met a male like him. She began to walk around the room on the ship, taking in the scenery that was before her as her orbs shimmered their green light slightly.
When she saw the male before her, she wished she could find a mate just like him, but not sure if that would ever happen since she was in a pack like Glaciem. Her ebony claws clacked on the wooden planks as she lied down, giving a small sigh and yawn as she looked back at the male. "I am kind of new to my pack, so I guess I don't have the kind of unfriendly things they do, but some are very nice, like me. Even though I haven't met many wolves from my pack yet." Wind began to pick up as it moved through the broken windows and began to make her fur move around slightly as her lobes followed the movements of the wind and her pelt.

Esperanza bowed her head in respect to the brute. Her green orbs looked into those of the male as he heard about what happened to his sister. Sadness overcame her. She liked to help other wolves, but, even though she was kind, she sometimes can be a bit emotional, and not in a good way. "I'm sorry that my pack killed your sister, and I sometimes don't know why I joined them when they just put me as a brood, but, I can be mean. Though, that is only if someone says something to piss me off. You, on the other hand, have not done anything to hurt me or make me mad, so I'm very kind to wolves like you." The ebony dame bowed her head respectfully to the brute as her emerald optics scanned him, and the ship they were in. A smile continued to come over her as she playfully pawed at his chest.

Esperanza looked out amongst the brute before her, his tri-colored body bounding from the ship's boundaries that kept them both from plummeting from broken boards in the floor. Her emerald colored eyes watched the male play around with her, wagging his tail and acting as if he were a pup again; playing with siblings and his family members. A smile creased her facial features as she approached the brute, going into a play bow position. Her tail would wag to and fro from the sides of the air, sending cool our in different directions.
"Alright," she dashed through the ship, claws clacking on the worn-out boards as they squeaked from the pressure of her paws on top of them. A smile stayed on her features as she tried her best to hide. The wind smacked against the wooden frames of the window as they also smacked against the chipped, pale walls.
Lights were all around the rooms and boards, as if someone had neglected to take them away since the boat had been abandon anyway. Hanging lights hung along the rails of the ship, also sensing that they had been neglected to be taken down like the other things aboard the ship. Like in the other rooms, some of the boards were busted or close to caving in and plummeting to the floor below them. Each room had a different theme to it. The room Esperanza was in, was completely white in color, as well as the frames on the door, and the window panes.
"Allen will never find me here," she barked to herself as a snicker came over her, lying down underneath the dusty bed, sometimes having a sneeze come from her nostrils as she licked the mucus that had been around her nose. She winced in disgust that she must do that whenever she had sneezed, it made her feel like she was not feminine as she was made out to be. "Yuck..." she whispered as she tried to keep herself quiet as the femme waited for the brute to try and find her as if they were playing hide and seek.

Esperanza would look out to see Allen, poking his head from underneath the bed. She yipped in surprise and chuckled like a little kid would if someone made her laugh. A small trickle of dust hung from her nose, causing her to sneeze once more as the string of dust found its way down to the bottom of the floor like a feather. "Yeah, you did find me," she grinned, giving him a small, playful nudge as she got out from underneath the bed.
"And I know what you might have been thinking lately, that I should abandon Glaciem, well, I don't know why, but I think I would like to stay in my pack. I may be different, and if they don't like it, then they can cry and whine all they wish. I'm not going to do anything to please the alpha, even though he does give me orders, I get hurt, I get hurt." She spoke to him with determination and will power.
