The amount of land she had to wander was plentiful in Glaciem. She'd met various other members of the pack, particularly the other pups but somehow she had barely seen her brothers and sisters. A part of her had begun to fear that perhaps they had discovered a way back to their island home and left without her. There were plenty of other places they could be, though after talking with Lysis about her previous home, that was the thought and explanation that had remained stuck in her mind. She hadn't seen much of her mother either, she was busy with duties she had for the pack and though there was still much more Talvi had to learn, the young girl had certainly grown in size, enough so that she no longer needed to be under Argent's care all of the time. That little bit of independence was rather nice, though Talvi would be lying if she said she didn't miss the company. Not for the first time she wished for the family to be back on their island, all together in their tight little unit. Of course such wishes did not come true and Talvi found herself still wandering rather aimlessly around Glaciem. She'd explored the lands quite a bit now, by no means would she say she knew the layout by heart, the best paths to take to places or anything like that, she was just quite familiar with the different areas that the pack had claimed for their own. It was tempting to step out and explore beyond the borders, though knowing how big and dangerous the journey to Glaciem had been in the first place, the young girl didn't fancy getting lost alone and never seeing her family again. And so, she remained inside the borders, paws simply carrying her as she thought little about where she was going.

Things had changed quickly for the young boy, the ash had arrived suddenly and left just as quickly but it had left its mark on the wolves of Glaciem, and none more than Kyung and his tiny family, or at least it seemed that way to him. His mother had refused to leave the den even after her eye had healed over, it had left scars on her that no herb would heal, because they were not on the outside. If the poor boy had started feeling distant from his family then he was practically isolated now, Rin, who had once been a near constant companion was often off on his own brooding leaving the black boy to his own devices. He had taken to wandering the pack lands absently, exploring the expanded lands so that he knew them nearly as much as the pine forest, all except for the scene of the accident, he had been unable to face that part of the forest since the incident. Scents of the pack were all around him, wolves he knew by appearance or smell but not by name. Never before had the boy felt more alone. He picked up on a vaguely familiar scent, a family member though he knew not which one, not one he knew. He did not know what it was that made him decide to follow the scent, he had met many and more of his family and he was learning there were few enough in their numbers that he liked; maybe it was just curiosity, or maybe without realizing it he had become just as scarred as his mother by her losing her sight. Ebony gaze landed upon a young girl, roughly his age. He approached her silently at first but then as he drew closer it dawned on him that maybe he should let her know he was there. "Hello. He called out, friendly if a bit tentative. Talk like this

Whilst their situations may have been somewhat similar, Talvi at least could say her own tale wasn't quite so dramatic. Her mother had indeed been injured for a while, though the healers here had set about helping her recover and the woman, so strong in her daughter's mind, was certainly doing a far better job at melding back with the pack than Narsha was. Talvi of course didn't know the woman, nor did she know either of her sons despite the similar age. These things could of course still be corrected though. Quite what she was doing or what she wished to achieve, Talvi continued her wanderings, mind barely concentrating despite the fact that she probably ought to be more alert for those horrid dragons her mother had once warned her of. ?Hello.? The voice that she heard was most certainly not a dragon though, it sounded rather youthful and not at all harmful, not that she could really judge these things so well right now. There was still plenty that the young girl had to learn. Turning, the blue and silver girl fixed her attention on the black figure now before her. He was certainly youthful, his age similar to her own if she had to guess. She was the slightly taller of the pair, a first when it came to meeting the other children in the pack. "Hello" She responded, her own greeting spoken with a little more confidence in her voice.

The boy watched as the blue and grey girl to look upon him and he allowed for a small, albeit forced, smile. She responded with her own much more confident greeting and he trotted towards her closing the distance some. He was unsure what to say, to do. He had been sulking for a good deal of time, alone and some of his social skills seemed to have slipped away during that time. Finally he settled upon a greeting. "I'm Kyung, my mother is Narsha, who is your's?" An innocent enough question in his eyes, mistaking the girl for a sibling of his. After all she had the oh so common coloring of the Armada's a color he associated with his father. He shifted from paw to paw, both wanting to sit down and continue on. He had not really been aware of how much he missed this, actual contact with others, it helped to drive the thoughts of his mother from his mind. Talk like this

?I?m Kyung, my mother is Narsha, who is yours?? The timid pup questioned, introducing himself and the name of a woman that Talvi didn't know. Many of the adults in the pack were still unknown to her, it was really only the names of the more authoritative members that she had been able to learn or probably more like had been expected to learn. Narsha wasn't upon that list, as bad as admitting such a fact may have sounded. As for mistaking the girl for a daughter of Isardis, it was certainly an easy mistake to make. Many of the children here were his of course and with her slate blue colouring, a dominant trait in the Armada family it was an incredibly easy conclusion to jump to. There were only a few people who knew the truth, that the man was in fact her grandfather, the secret wasn't one that Talvi was aware of though. "Talvi, daughter of Argent." She responded. It was a little odd that he didn't proudly state the fact he was a son of Isardis as many of the children seemed to, perhaps she had actually found another who was in a similar situation to herself, a child with only a single parent.

"Talvi, daughter of Argent." Talvi might not have known his mother but he certainly knew hers. There had after all been much stir when the former queen had left the pack, abandoning her young pups to the mercies of the pack. Kyung silently found himself sympathizing with her, unaware that Talvi was actually not of Argent's first litter, he had so many half siblings it was impossible to know all of them and which ones weren't even siblings. In the boys mind they had both been left by their mothers. As for Isardis, well the man was no more his father than he was Tavli's. He had never shown any interest in Kyung's life and the boy cared little for what his lineage meant. "Well Talvi, it is nice to meet you." He spoke softly. Ebony eyes darted around him for a moment as he realized where he was. If not this exact spot he was close to the scene of his mother's accident; The knowledge did not sit well with him, and he shuffled nervously from paw to paw. Talk like this
