Early dawn light filtered into the cave, shining a beam in the eyes of a sleeping black female. She grumbled softly before rolling onto her side and brushing against another body. Brows furrowed but eyes still stayed closed. Last time she remembered she went to sleep alone, though Cael was in the den she hadn't been this close to him. Nose twitched, catching a different scent. A smile lifted her lips before her head picked up, sky blue eyes looking down at the brown and white form next to her. She stared down fondly at the girl who slept on her back, paws in the air. Before she knew it Amia was rolling and a paw smacked her square in the face. She let out a low grunt but the girl was already shaking awake. At once Imena knew something was wrong. Amia laid there panting, eyes wide and staring out of the den, the scent of fear cloaked her.Amia..Amia dear, its ok. I'm here, it was just a dream. Come here.. She said softly as she drew the young girl close to her, gently laying her head over the girl and licking her neck slowly. Eyes cast over to Cael, wondering if he had woken up. Speech Thought Others

She had slipped into the den in the middle of the night. Her silent paws disturbed nothing, not even the bedding. She had been half asleep, being it had been two nights without sleep. Nightmares still plagued her and she trying to deal with them alone and not always going to Imena. But she couldn't do it again this night. She had to go to the woman she saw as a mother to her. Though when she entered the den and saw the white male she almost backed out. But her body was too exhausted. She couldn't even remember cuddling up to Imena but she had. But the morning would not be a pretty one. She couldn't remember her nightmare when she woke up. Just that the fear had sake deep into her, froze her bones and filled her lungs with water. She wasn't aware of hitting Imena or staring out of the den till Imena's voice reached her. Slowly it pulled her back to reality, her body relaxing. She sighed softly, turning to look at Imena then remembered the white male. Embarrassment washed over her, curling her up in a tight ball. She hoped she didn't wake him up. Unable to see if she did ot not, she hide her face into Imena.

His first night back in his and Imena's den had passed as smoothly as he could have expected. He had settled down a good distance away from her, knowing that this whole process would take plenty of time. He knew Imena would let him know when, if ever, he would be allowed to sleep beside her as he once had. Till then, he was content with merely sharing a den with her. It was Imena's voice that made him stir the next morning. Cael pulled in a deeper breath as he was pulled out of the deep sleep he had fallen into. His ears twitched as he listened, only catching the ending of her comforting words. "...just a dream. Come here." He blinked open his gaze, but didn't move just yet. Laying still, he looked up to see another wolf laying next to Imena. He blinked with surprise, his still groggy brain taking several moments to put two and two together. This must be the Amia she had spoken of the day before. From what he could gather the girl had come in while they were sleeping, and from what he heard Imena say she must have had a nightmare. The girl was hiding so that he couldn't see her face. Cael wondered why she would hide, but he didn't ask. Instead, when Imena looked over to him he simply gave her a small, understanding smile and closed his eyes again, pretending to still be asleep for the young girl's sake. He wouldn't intrude when Amia clearly needed Imena. He was the stranger here now and he would give her as much time as she needed. Speech Thought Others

As she laid there with Amia buried into her side her eyes would remain on Cael. She could not help but think of all the memories they had together. But she also couldn't forget the darker moments that had recently happened to her. She sighed softly just as the girl laying next to her began to relax and calm down.Come now, Amia, lets get you some lavender and we can go over training or anything else youd like to. She said softly before slowly getting up and padding over to her stores. She glanced back at Amia who was starting to sit up and was staring at Cael. A smile lifted her lips, it would be only a matter of moments before the girl began to ask questions. More than likely directed to Cael than herself. Grabbing the lavender she walked back, tail lightly brushing Cael in a hint that Amia was watching him. Placing the herbs at the girls paws she sat next to her.Eat them up before you ask anything. She laid there hiding in the shelter of Imena till the terror of her dreams started to ebb away. As she started to relax Imena would get up leaving her no choice but to get herself together. As she sat up her eyes glued onto the white male. Where did he come from? How long had he known Imena? Question after question popped into her mind. But she dared not voice them till he woke up, in a timely manner that was. She would not be rude to pop him with questions as soon as he woke up. She jumped slightly as Imena dropped the herbs at her paws and ordered her to eat them before speaking. She gave a sheepish grin before lapping them up slowly.[I]"Imena can we go over serious illness that occur mostly in the colder seasons? That way I can be prepared for anything this winter.[I] She whispered softly as her eyes darted back to the male.

It seemed like his little rouse would succeed as he listened to Imena fetch the girl some lavender and Amia going on to ask about her next area of training. He was kind of impressed with the knowledge the younger girl seemed to have already. That was a fairly advanced topic to want to learn about, but a very good and useful one. He noted Imena's subtle brush of her tail against him and he waited till just as Amia was asking about cold weather illnesses to blink open his eyes. He kept up the act that he had just woken up, his jaws stretching wide in a yawn and his forepaws reaching out in front of him to wake up his muscles. His eyes lifted first to look at Imena before drifting over to Amia, not all that surprised to find the girl's bright blue gaze fixed on him. He gave her a soft smile and a simple, polite, "Goodmorning." His two-toned gaze wandered back to Imena, wondering if she approved of how he handled his first interactions with her friend.
