"Aislyn!" his summons rang out quickly behind him for the woman to follow after he had departed from the meeting. Things had not exactly gone according to plan, but fact of the matter was, the beta had heeded his words and easily proven herself in his eyes. Golden eyes seemed to act as liquid fire and his tight muscles recoiled beneath his heavy coat. A rough growl threatened to explode from his chest, and yet, he did his absolute best to conceal it to the best of his power.

Unable to sit the sire would continue to look out across the land a daring huff in the back of his diaphragm, and until she would choose to arrive, he would conceal it, his anger, and anything else he was feeling, for it appeared anything he felt right was wrong, and yet, for just a fraction of a moment, he cared little.

Aislyn

He had called for her. Heavy belly swayed back and forth as she made her way to him. He seemed very... angry. Was he mad at her? She hoped not. When he came into view she offered him a gentle smile and a head nod. "My lord... You seem distressed. What is it you need?" She sat down a few feet away from him, giving him some space to cool down. It was obvious he was infuriated with what had gone down at the meeting.

She had come almost as quickly as he had called for her, and for that reason he was mostly pleased. His fire was slightly assuaged and the beast would turn his head towards her in wonderment, honest questioning for her to give him a solid answer, "Was I brash in punishing Erani? In demoting Soleil? I've talked to Soleil, and she knows she can't lead like this. It wasn't done out of disregard, however, I do not regret bringing Epiphron up beside me. What better way to learn to rule than to do it?" He was infuriated with Fenrir. The child had barely been a member of Valhalla for more than a week and already he was questioning the motives and tradition as though he truly understood something.

Aislyn

Questions. He asked so many questions, and they all required a response. She listened to one, and answered, giving him her honest opinion. "With Erani... She was merely speaking her opinion, but an outburst like that should not go unnoticed. Stripping her of her rank may have been a good option, but she is the best healer in Valhalla. Without her many of us would perish if sickness took its tole. Your wife... She is very sick, yes? She may not be in any position to lead, but I do hope you love her like the queen she is. She really deserves it. Have you spent much time with her? I was considering paying her a visit, but i'm due any day now, I have no time. I would never forgive myself if I went into labor while visiting her, and making her feel even more helpless than she already does. I feel Epiphron would be an excellent leader, and you're right, what better way to learn than by doing it yourself? And the black and crimson brute.. his name escapes me, but, he too was bashing on your decisions. don't get me wrong, we are all a part of this pack, but your decisions over rule all other opinions. You are the king after all; but I don't believe you should smite them for giving their opinion. An outburst in front of the entire pack is unacceptable, but if they were to come to you at a later time, I hope you would at least listen." She had answered his questions, giving him her honest opinion. But now a new scenario was handed on the table. Adette, the queen of Seracia. Surely Collision did not know she was in Valhalla yet. "And yet another problem has been set upon the table, lord Collision. Adette, the queen of Seracia, has been resting in Vahlalla for a few days now. She has no memory of her past life, and denies her rule over Seracia. I fear she suffered some brain damage from her... experience. Somehow she had ended up in the depths of the Rio Grande. She was pulled out by Fenrir and tended to by Erani. She now is somewhere in an open den. I'm sure Erani could tell you more about her condition." She was a bit on edge now, she could only wonder what he would have to say about that. "I'm not sure if the Seracian king knows about her whereabouts." She added before giving some time to reply.

She was quick to the point and in all honesty she was perhaps the only person that he would listen to at the moment. Regardless of what the rest of Valhalla had to do or say, well, Collision was confident that she would remain strong. Aislyn was family, and if it were up to him, he would ask her to handle the Adravendi surname, but fact of the matter, it wasn't. He wouldn't be the patriarch, and no doubt by the time Cairo passed on, Syrinx would become the heir he was meant to be. Both the title holder of Valhallan Imperator, and alsot he holder of the Adravendi Patriarch. Collision had started to wonder about many things. Including things with his pack...could he leave after Syrinx took reign?

His ears turned and morphed to every lyric that dripped from her lips and he was able to listen to her, to the words she poured, and the fairness that laced each of them, "Soleil is my wife. She needs no title to be treated like a Queen by me. She is my first love, and even if this sickness usurps her, she will be my last," He refused to ever touch another. She was his. His bell? his perfection.

"Of course I would have listened, but the spite, the irrationality in the face of the pack. They all know much better. Fenrir...I believe he used the expression 'piss-poor?' He has been in this pack for a week. Who is he to question our ways? He is probably going to be excused. I understand critique, but that much blatant disregard from a pup that, clearly, let his ego run away, is not okay,"

The lord let the issue lay and listened as Adette explained something that was far more interesting, and to Collision, well, he had to wonder...should they tell Seracia...or no? Perhaps it would be best if he spoke with the Seracian King. If they decided whether or not they were to return his wife to them or if they merely wanted to leave her in the dark. Considering everything, well, surely the man loved his wife? Then again...why was she in the rivers? Surely she had just fallen? "I'll speak with the Seracian King. If he wishes her to start anew, we will allow her to thrive here, we will suit her with a rank, and we will help her be magnificent...It's all I've ever wanted from anyone here. For you all to be magnificent,"
