What a place this 'Alacritis' was. So far in her exploring of this new land that she was slowly beginning to call her home she had crossed all sorts of strange and interesting sights. It was more than just the landmarks around here that caught her attention though, it was the wolves themselves. Their pelts seemed to be colored to blend into the world around them, unlike the brilliantly colored wolves of her homeland. Here all she had seen were earthy tones with the occasional muted russet. As she slowly moved through the white-hued trees around her, she wondered if she would ever fully get used to this place.

Her fiery gaze raked over the area around her, gold and black paws barely making a sound under her as she moved. Stones appeared in her path and she stopped as she looked up at them curiously. "Never ending curiosities here," she thought to herself. Libra sat back on her soot-colored haunches as she examined the stone in front of her and wondered how the intricate shapes could have been imprinted in the rock like that.

But, it was impossible for the trained warrior to completely let down her guard, especially since she was in a strange place. All it took was a soft rustle of the plant life behind her for her to be on her paws, turned, and her gaze roaming the area around her. She didn't set her defenses quite yet, but she was prepared to if need be. "Is someone there?" she asked, hoping whoever it was would simply show themselves so she wouldn't have to go check the bushes herself.

Not much had happened to Wael ever since he had came here, but it was all exciting. He had met a strange wolf, fell of a tree, which had resulted in a few scars, but nothing was broken; the blood was still matted in his fur a little, and he hoped to find a river. For once, all he had seen was the trees, and a plain, so he moved along, limping and wincing in pain as the scars inflicted pain, and he let out a soft, wavering howl. For a few minutes, or more, Wael was perfectly fine, and he didn't have to worry about the hallucination pouncing on him, so the gray wolf was free to fend for himself. He stood out against the russet colors, and he knew that he wouldn't be able to hide if something came to hunt for him.

Wael whimpered and stumbled on a tree root, his paws flailing around in the air as he fell, blood coming from his newly reopened wounds, blood matting his fur even more, as one eye swelled shut entirely. He looked up and flinched on instinct, his open blue eye widening in terror, as he tried to get to his paws, only to fall and splash more blood on his fur. There was a rock nearby, and if Wael could crawl up on it, he might be safe, if there were in holes in the rock. So, getting to his paws and gritting his teeth, Wael limped to the rock and dug his claws into the indents, only to fall to a crumpled heap on the ground, making smears of blood on the rock.

One moment there was silence and the next there came a loud crashing through the forest near her. Her brows pulled together in confusion and her red and gold gaze searched the brush for the source. Just as suddenly a gray wolf came tumbling out into the open, apparently trying to use one of the carved stones as a way to pull himself up before crumpling to the ground again. Her head tipped to the side and one of her brows raised in confusion.

The wolf looked like he had gotten the pulp beaten out of him. He was covered in blood and one of his eyes looked to be swollen shut. She looked around to see if maybe there was someone chasing after him that might have been the cause of his injuries, but once the stranger had stopped moving all was silent again. Turning her gaze back to the bloody mess that was this stranger she padded coder, but still kept her distance. She had seen wolves in worst shape than him fight back before. "Um... Hello? Are you okay?"

Wael lay there, his chest heaving, the blood from his wounds slowly stopping, but he knew he must look awful, laying there. But, as much as he'd like to pull himself to his paws and lick his fur, but the reopened wounds hurt, so he just stared into the distance. Not long after that, a wolf was looking down at him, a gold and black creature, with red and yellow eyes; on instinct, Wael flinched, his heart beating as fast as it could go, and his good eye staring up at her, his tail slowly being tucked between his legs. He looked at the rock, wondering if he could climb back up, safe out of the reach of the wolf. Slowly, he got on his paws, until her voice stopped him. "Um... Hello? Are you okay?"

At first, Wael was going to be sarcastic, and he had opened his jaws to speak before deciding not to. But the comment still lingered in his head, Yes! I'm perfectly fine! I'm covered in blood for nothing. He knew he shouldn't offend wolves, so he finally spoke, his voice hesitant and soft, cracking at times. "N-No......" It was only one word, but it was all he could manage.
