He was dreading every step he took. He didn't want to come here, but he knew he had to. It should have been obvious he was avoiding her, and though it could have been the average "Nervous about proposing" but this was a boyfriend/girlfriend kind of thing, this was not going to be a pleasant meeting. Caeto stood at the border line of Whistling Willows, moments felt like hours as he stared in between the trunks and vines. And he thought if he should even enter the woods. This was their home, and though there was no real pack or lines of their scents, he thought it appropriate to stay back. He took a breath, letting out what sounded like a cry instead of a howl, but held it back once again and took a moment to look at the trees once again. Maybe he shouldn't have come here, maybe he should have just never came back. But what if she needed closer, what if he did? Hell let lose on his heart, and he couldn't take it. But he wasn't sure if he could survive this either. He finally let out a long howl. His eyes fell to the ground as he waited. More moments felt like days passing by. Walk"Talk"

Drawn to the howl, the onyx girl swiftly made her way through the willow trees. She knew the howl so well she knew just who it was. Caeto. Wasn't that a little creepy? She knew him that well. He was probably the closest friend she had that wasn't related to her. If anything, she couldn't wait to see him again. Green eyes searched for his magnificent oceanic gaze, though his eyes stared at the ground. That didn't seem to bother her. He was still the spotted tanned and ivory man that she remembered. There was sunshine in the girl's electric green glow as cheerful and gentle lyrics escaped her maw. "Hello Caeto. Anything bothering you?" Caeto was always welcome in the willows, but she couldn't eliminate the curiosity in her voice. What was he doing here? Did he want to spend more time with her or was there something else going on in his mind? "Speech" Thoughts

"Titania..." He would speak as she did. His eyes would gently look up to her, sad, modified even. He was hurt, and there was no denying even if he wanted to. His face said it all. "Something's happened." And though she was also one of his best friends, someone he may have actually cared about, he wasn't ready. He didn't want to worry her, and if she didn't worry he didn't want her to ignore it for him. Everyone was gone. He was alone. But not entirely. "I need..." He would tisk as he shot a look to the sky in an effort to not make eye contact any longer. "I need to..." To go; To leave; Do I need to just stay away? He felt something for her, and though it wasn't like what he felt for Zaria he knew it was something. But maybe this was him not wanting to lose her. Maybe he was scarred of her dying or just vanishing. If he left now, maybe he could come back later. Or maybe not. His eyes would come back to meet her emeralds. "I need time." Walk"Talk"

This wasn't his usual self, was it? Stammering to get his words out, she could see the hurt in his eyes and features. Something had happened. What? What had happened? Good thing she didn't say that aloud, cause that might be personal and personal stuff ain't her business. He needed time, and that's all he would say. The girl wasn't quite sure how to react in this situation. She was a creature of very little knowledge in the area of sadness and hurt, but she would comfort at her best. "If you need time you've got it all." She would say optimistically, not quite sure what else to add. She sure didn't know what he meant by I need time, if he actually needed time to think or it was something else. "Speech" Thoughts

She seemed to understand, but she didn't. She agreed to let him have time, but what did that really mean? Caeto couldn't even tell for himself. "I don't know... If there is time." He would wait a moment, turning his gaze off her and to the ground. And he would begin to spin his paws and walk away. But something stopped him. He would stop with his left side to the girl, and his chin raising so he could look at the sky, "Titania," He would drop his sapphire optics to the grounds once again, his chin tilted toward her body, "I don't... know when I'll see you again." Silence. If I'll ever see you again... "You're my best friend." Walk"Talk"

He didn't know if there was time. Time for what? What did he want to do that required so much time? Preparing to leave, he said that he didn't know when they would see each other again. Why? What was he doing? Where was he going that needed so much time? Was he leaving? Was Caeto going on a long and dangerous journey? So many unnecessary questions would race around the girl's mind, staring silently and blankly at the young man. Her heart would beat a little faster as she heard his final statement. Forget about close friend, he was by far her best friend. Had their friendship grown in such short time? So quickly? Even if there isn't time? "You know where to find me. I'll always be waiting here," If he was going anywhere. If he was, she wouldn't stop him. She was alright with whatever he was doing. "You're my best friend too." So what would happen next? Would he leave and perhaps never return? No, he would return, but later. Much later. Only a plea would roam within her thoughts. Please don't go... "Speech" Thoughts

She didn't get it. She didn't get that Caeto was leaving her. Whether she knew the extent or not, it would seriously hurt him. He could feel his heart heave in his chest but his gaze wouldn't dare turn to hers again. He wouldn't be able to take it. He might has well dug his grave where he stood. He heard her almost comforting words. She would be here, waiting. And he wanted to tell her that he would be waiting too, probably on the other side of the world but so what? Instead he would end their last meeting abruptly. "I've gotta go." Too bad he wasn't going on an endless journey to continue the search of his precious family. He wished he was. But that part of his heart had sailed away. And he would finally turn away without another word spoken. -Exit Caeto unless stopped- Walk"Talk"

He had to go. That's all he would do. That's all he would say. The dame kept silent, observing through her emotionless emerald vision. It felt so...short, like as if the time she had spent with Caeto was nothing. She didn't feel like watching through all those memories. She had that little voice in the back of her mind to talk to, the one that no-one else hears. Well, everyone had their own voice for their private and personal thoughts. And when she saw the young man leave, only one thought sprouted in her mind. It sounded so real. He's left you. Her jaw was open, planning to call out to the retreating creature. Soon there was nothing but distance between them, and she arrogantly shut her jaw with a low growl bubbling from her throat. What could she do? Run up to him and tell him what? You're leaving me, aren't you? She lacked the confidence to do so. Instead she would watch until he was nothing but a speck. Only simple words would race around her.
