((OOC. Set before the claim they gonna get their butts out of there.)

His mother was gone, where he had no idea but with her so too was the pack. One part of Soren wanted to walk away then, give up on the whole thing, his brother, his mother? but then it occurred to him that they were not the only ones within his family. They would need to move out of the pack lands soon, no doubt some vulture would be eager to swoop in to take what was left.

Stepping from the confines of the cave the boy threw his head back and let loose a call for his siblings, all that could hear, younger or not. Then he settled himself upon his haunches with a sigh, he had no idea what he was doing.

She had tried her best to remain loyal and on high hopes. Yet this was the third time this had happened to her. Home lost, family missing. Quiet frankly it broke her heart even more than what stupidity took her over when she had caused a maim onto herself. Though Soren's call made her perk her ears, even if Sarka payed no attention to it. The shy girl didn't know Soren well, and Arian had been spending more time with her. Yet she knew Soren probably had something he wanted to speak about. Arian did not know him well, but she did know that he was Sarka's half brother, more than enough reason for a visit. After all Arian planned on taking Sarka with her to Isokan for a visit. Her other siblings were welcome as well.
"Soren." she greeted with a dip of her head. The scar on her face was sort of like she was wearing a mask. Her tail flicked a little as Sarka, still tiny despite her age which was now apparent she was not going to grow to be very large, pressed against the ground near Arian. Her little beady eyes looking fearfully at Soren.

Cypress being Arian's mate, can jump into her threads private or not. Arian is fluent in Japanese and English but also knows mild Irish. Avalon is also allowed to crash Arian's threads.

The small girl indeed would continue to try and make herself seem smaller than she already was. It seemed like a nervous habit out of all of the quirks she possessed. Her white tail curled around one of Arian's legs. She had only seen soren maybe once or twice. Nor had she spoken a word towards him. Where were her mom and dad now? She had grown used to dad being gone, but her mom was always here. Sarka felt a little bit of pain in her chest, she felt like crying but she prevented herself from doing so.
Whatever Arian did, she trusted, and Sarka didn't want to be a burden. Soren was a brother right? Well he wasn't really around much, so she didn't know. As she pulled her paws over her face, she'd let the older wolves talk to each other. Not wanting to be caught in the middle of anything. Her chest tightened, and she tried to make sure she made herself calm.

?I speak?

So it was time to move on. Him and his sister were both almost a year old already, but mama had disappeared, leaving Sarka and he behind. Why? Tears sometimes stung at the poor little boy's eyes, but his strong little body tried so hard to hold it back. Sometimes he just needed to break down. A familiar call rang over the lands, and instantly he knew it's desolate and sad tone. It was time. Meeting deadlines, one could say.

His legs pumped in a slow melody, meeting his older brother who towered over his head like a skyscraper. Once again, tears began to sting at his eyes. Never before had he broken down in front of his sister or brother, but he couldn't hold it back. They all reminded him so much of her. He was used to daddy not being around or being dead, only remembering his scent fainty from his mama. The knot in his chest tightened as his heart pumped against his ribcage like a rabbit. He silently pressed against his older brother, tears beginning to fall down his pearly cheeks. "I wish Mama was still here..." His mouth formed the words, but they were a dry croak. He couldn't fortify his speech enough. A glare was shot at the woman whose paws were encircled by his sister. He blamed her. She wasn't his real aunt. She never even cared once for him, not like his brothers.

He had searched; high, low, in between, and at all points of the compass and between? She had vanished, just like before? He?d come back, in time to hear Sorens voice call out. So, silently, he had answered it, and hung beyond their sight, listening quietly. His two own children, and Soren. Arian was there as well, Sarka at her feet. He knew he should have approached his children long before it had come to this; their mother gone, and him only a vague memory in their minds, most likely. Invariably, he was a coward, and had held back, watching over them from a distance. Always afraid of their anger and rejection.

He stepped forward, paws silent on the ground beneath him. He would give them their choice. And he wouldn?t get in their way if they wanted nothing to do with him. It was up to them. However much he wanted to take them with him to the relative safety of Eranis group in the Willows, it was down to what they wanted. His moss colored eyes fell on Soren, then traveled to Sarka, and then to Raziel, before turning to Arian. It was too late to run. So he lowered himself to the ground, on a level with the children before him. He let them take stock of him; perhaps his scent might trigger a memory. Then he spoke, low voice held steady. ?I am Sarak. I am your father.? His eyes dropped to his paws. ?I am so sorry you never knew me, little ones. I should have been there from the beginning.?

It was strange that the first one he'd see was not a sibling, though still family. Hazel orbs met cerulean ones as his cousin spoke his name, his gaze quickly passing to the dark faced form of his younger sister. A frown creased his brow, unsure exactly why she was cowering under the clearly protective stance of his cousin but not going to press it. "Arian." Quickly after another of his younger siblings found his way to them, pressing into Soren's side. The monochromatic boy looked awkwardly down at his brother not completely sure how to respond. Then a croaking whine escaped Raziel and the boy's expression softened. "I know." He spoke softly. Get used to it kid. He added silently, not for the first time feeling that old sense of betrayal spring up in him.

Then he turned his gaze once more to Arian. "I was thinking I'd take th-" But his speech was interrupted by a form he knew approaching the group. Sarak, the man that had once tried to be his father approached and Soren grew ridged. He snapped his jaw shut with an audible click. Hazels narrowed at the man spoke but Soren would make no move to stop whatever it was his siblings chose to do.

One part of him was wondering if this had been a good idea at all, maybe he should have just left, made it obvious exactly what they could expect from this family and abandon them the way everyone else had. A part of him had made him stay though, he had committed to trying to patch up the hole in their tapestry, he had made himself promise, after all who but he knew best what true abandonment felt like? He could not subject his siblings to that, and as he stared at Sarak he wondered if that would be what they found at the man's paws.

Kismet had decided he would have to return home to share his news with his family, let them know where he was and would be from now on. The travelling life of a loner would surely kill him otherwise, such isolation as he travelled back and forth from the North to the South. It wasn't a life he could stand to live anymore and surely they would all understand, they had settled after all.

His usual act was to stop at the borders and call for his family, as he reached them today however he would hear a howl coming from within the lands. The sound was one he knew very well, his brother Soren was calling for the family. He would follow the sound now, rather curious as to what was happening.

The sight he would be greeted with was his brother, two of their siblings, certainly rather grown up now, a stranger stood beside Sarka and their father, Sarak amongst them as well. His gaze would settle upon Soren as he came to a stop with the rest of the group. "What's happening?" He questioned. He had no idea that his mother had gone again even so it was surprising to see Soren stepping up like this, the boy who could barely leave his den during their imprisonment in Glaciem.

A sense of satisfaction came over her when the others of sarka family showed. Her tail curled a little before she felt sarka stop clinging to her and stand closer to her brother than anything. The woman watched sarak make himself known, thank the heavens for that. The one think all of these pups needed more than anything was their dad. Kismet was one of azaleas children that she had not really met. Yet after healing sarak and all the things that had happened here. She was filled with joy that they were together, unlike her family. "I was looking after her until you called soren, sarak. You shouldn't be afraid of your children, no matter what happens they are still yours and they miss you. Also, I was given a pack, all of your are welcome there if you need it. Ethereal was more my family them any other place, thank you for having me." the girl smiled at them.
She felt like crying if anything though. Azalea was the only one to understand how arian felt. After all she dealt with people not caring about her enough to stay. They all left, and she moved on with the same exact pain. Her tail flicked a little. She would stay until they spoken some last words, they probably wouldn't come with her she didn't mind. As long as they were okay.
