his decision had been made and the sire was not a man of regret, thus he quickly prompted himself before Valhalla, a long summons rolling from his thick tones. King for a moment, yet handing it over, he summoned the wolves of Valhalla. Beside him sat Icarus, the man that would ultimately be taking over, and Cairo would be pleased with it. Icarus had been given perfect terms, an Adravendi was to be in power beside him -Epiphron-, Cairo was to remain in control of all family matters, and any kind of extreme punishment had to be highly deserved. There were other tidbits, but they could be explained throughout the meeting.
Silently, the brunette male would wait. If they had the respect for him they had once had, then he expected them to come on swift wings.
OOC: Round ends may 24th. Anyone who does not post will be removed and re-acceptance will be up to Icarus.

She was getting ancy, with the date of the wedding being quite soon. Every morning her stomach quaked, churned and ultimately hurt and she barely kept the bile from rising into her throat. It was horrible, she felt horrible, but there was little that she could to about it but wait it out. It had to be the stress getting to her, right? Yet there was something about it that sent a sharp spark of fear running through her. Weeks ago she had spoken to Erani and for some reason her statement about a young wolf like her getting pregnant stood out from the rest. It... it fit some of her symptoms, she was sick in the morning and her heart wouldn't stop racing in her chest at times and she was just so tired at the end of the day no matter how chipper she was -or wasn't- when the day first started.
Chrysanthe gulped down her fears after hearing her father's call - and started her trek toward the male. It was strange for him to call a meeting after handing the pack to his prodigal son, but... oddly enough, opposed to Collision being seated beside him, it was a stranger. Blue eyes gazed at the man warily - but he was a trusted lupine, being seated next to her father, and so the female nodded to him, a neutral expression on her face. What was he doing here? The inquiry was present in her eyes as she glanced at Cairo, but after a moment of offering a questioning glance her muzzle blossomed into a smile. She didn't have much time left in Valhalla, with her family - and no matter how badly this marriage was affecting the family and how distant she had become with the Adravendi's that she loved so dearly... Cairo had the best in mind, or rather, there was nothing that he could do either after Collision went and married his sister off without anyone's consent.
With a heavy heart, an ever churning stomach and a bitter taste in her mouth she would swallow it all down and accept it for what it was. An improvement for Valhalla, a way to make sure that the wolves and their families here were that much better off.
She sat next to her father, quietly waiting for the meeting to start.
Hopefully questions would be answered and this would be over with quickly. She wasn't feeling very well...

Erani |
Erani was edgy. She kept a hawks eye on her pups, especially after Gabriel?s adventure outside Valhalla. She also kept a close eye on Nova, never straying far from him. He?d been absent long enough to make her even edgier. When he finally arrived home, he was injured, but it was healing well enough now.Still, it didn't vanish the worry of losing him. Her anxiety was broken as she heard a very familiar song. Cairo. He was calling a meeting. Where was Collision? She rose, gesturing with a sweep of her tail to her children to follow. ?Come on. It?s time for your first Pack Meeting, little ones.? Her voice was gentle, soft as a deer steps. She looked over to Nova. ?You should be able to get there, Love. Your shoulder needs the exercise now, more than ever.? She padded toward the end of the ravine, pausing now and then to be sure that they were following close and keeping up. Thus, her arrival was slower than most meetings. Five rambunctious, excited pups were a pawful at the best of times. Her worries made it even more harrowing, but she never once lost her temper. At long last, she arrived at the meeting place, giving Cairo a quiet nod of greeting that had all of the old respect, and gave the strange male that sat beside him a curious look, before she smiled gently at Chrysanthe. Then she settled to the task of keeping all five children in the meeting area, while occasionally glancing up to look at Nova, as if afraid he?d vanish, or die on the spot from a sudden infection. Finally, the pups settled, and she curled against her mate, waiting for the meeting to begin. |

Surreal |
Surreal was just about to pounce on her father when she heard a long, unfamiliar howl ringing through the area. She stopped mid pounce, falling over her own paws and tumbling against his haunches. She sat up, unphased and looked around, ears twitching forward to listen. Then Mother was up on her paws, gesturing for them all to follow. ?What?s a Pack Meeting, Mother?? Da? What?s a Pack meeting?? She scampered alongside her parents, striving to keep up with their longer strides, tail waving happily as she waited for an answer, then forgot what the question had been. She scampered and capered, being herded back into the group by her mother now and then when she strayed too far. Finally, they came to a place already inhabited by three wolves. She gazed at them with fascination, until? ?Chrysi!? She raced forward to greet her older sister, tail slicing the air with delight. Noticing that Chrysi didn?t seem to be feeling well, she snuggled into her, hoping to bring a smile to her face. The huge brown male was even bigger up close. Almost as big as Da. He looked a little like Chrysi, or Chrysi looked a little like him? The other male was fascinating too. She?d never seen eyes that color before in her short life. |
Surreal's family is allowed to crash any thread she is in, regardless of it being private or not.

Cormalin |
Cormalin was patrolling, long fur fluttering in the late fall breeze as he padded along. He?d just finished his circuit when Cairo?s summoning howl rang through the territory. Cormalin pivoted on his hocks and took off at a lope, tongue lolling lightly in contentment. The nephews and nieces were growing fast, Nova had finally returned. Nothing remotely warlike had happened yet. He came to the meeting place, giving Cairo a nod of respect and giving the stranger a cursory glance and a nod before he sought out his sister and settled beside her and Nova, helping to settle the rambunctious litter before he sat down. Mismatched gaze swept the gathering pack ma\embers with a keen intensity, before one of the pups snuggled into him and he bent to nuzzle him. Castiel, as it turned out. |

She grazed quietly on the sweet grass, even though Fall was beginning to take the taste out of it. This would be her first real winter with the Pack. It would be a test of their true thoughts of her. She wondered who would try to eat her, a member of the pack, just because she was a Horse. She snorted. Cormalin would dissuade them.
A howl rang through the clearing, and her head lifted, mane tossing, to gaze toward it. By now, she knew what the call to a meeting sounded like, and she was already moving at a canter, hooves drumming out the steady rhythm. It didn?t take her long to reach the gathering, the canter breaking to a trot, and then to a walk, before she halted to stand beside Cormalin, Erani, and Nova, as well as her favorite little cubs in the world. Those pups could do anything to her, short of drawing blood, and she?d let them. Part of her knew that she might never find a stallion, and thus would never have a foal. She didn?t mind one bit.
She stood, studying those gathered already, and those arriving. There was the brown male, Cormalin had said was the old Alpha, Cairo. Beside him sat a male she?d not seen before. There was Chrysanthe. She whickered a friendly greeting to the female, watching Surreal clamber up against her. The poor girl looked unhappy, uncomfortable, sad.

The sheer chaos had driven Rosalie here; but that sheer chaos caused her the life that most would be greatful for; and greatful she was. Summond by the The Brunette brute that ruled over the valhallas. It would be a lie to say the woman wasnt nervous at all. Especially as the pulsing hearts hammering away against the domed ribcage. The dark sea blue orbs observed every single member present before giving a respected nod to all. Oh how she could make a mistake at her first ever meeting. Caressing the virgin soil beneath her small foundations the woman strode out of the shadows and into th screeching light. ah, how the feel of the heat compressed against her very own visage felt soothing, though very little formed.
Only two members have formally met Rosalie so being cautious was expected.
The gathering was growing quicker; so the albino silken mistress placed herself nearer the others; why should she be so scared? after all Rosalie is a fighter,a woman of her pride. Shaking the tiny tiara the woman wold gaze back to the brute; awaiting for whats about to come.

Gabriel |
The pup stumbled, wiry legs carrying his sprawling form towards Valhalla's center. two toned eyes blinked comically as they followed the sound of the howl, a demand for all to make themselves known. he didn't recognize the sound or the scent and usually he only heard his mom and dad calling with such demanding tones. Ah well... he would show all the same. His wiry form would glide into the meeting, his eyes falling on his mom. Bounding forward, he would seat himself between her front paws, leaving slightly against her right forelimb. He didn't know why he was here, but if so many of Valhalla had arrived, it must have been important.

Walk | Talk |
Never before had she been prone to bouts of unhappiness, but the lean little grey wolf seemed to find herself caught within the greedy claws of one such episode now. The last time she could recall ever feeling so down had been just after the mass exodus, when finding the Valhallan pack after becoming separated from them seemed to be such a tremendously impossible feat. It had been so bad and so heavy that were it not for Leon and his never ending optimism she was sure to have been set back by the depressing feelings that had weighed on her.
The call of the once Valhallan leader Cairo caused her ears to perk from where she rested her head upon the cool stone of the den's interior, her gold and purple colored eyes training themselves outside of the den. That was odd. Would it not have been more appropriate for Collision to call a meeting, considering his position as Alpha? Confused, and more than a little reluctant to move with her leg still on the mend, Ash took a moment before carefully forcing herself up onto her three good paws, still gingerly holding her injured hind leg aloft while allowing her toes to merely rest against the ground. Still sensitive, she was reluctant to place too much weight upon it just yet. She really did need to seek a healer for it.
She blinked and hobbled out of the den into sunlight, the air chill despite the brightness. The weather was starting to make the slow and casual turn into winter, and she could only hope that her leg might heal itself well enough before she and Thane would need to properly tend to the pack's stores of food before the worst of the weather set in. It took her some time and much hopping and limping for her to finally arrive at the gathering. Familiar and unfamiliar faces alike stood or sat, mingling or waiting in silence. Ashtoreth's two-toned eyes scanned over the faces, smiling at those she recognized and taking note of one in particular who still had not shown. Discouraged but unwilling to let it show, the petite female reclined upon her haunches with care and sat awkwardly, attempting to discomfort her leg as little as possible, as she set her gaze forward to Cairo. Beside him sat his family, along with another, one she was not sure to have been knowledgeable of before. Assuming there to be some significance to the male's presence as hinted at by his position beside the blue-eyed ruler, Ash patiently and quietly awaited the outcome of the meeting, still occasionally glancing about at those who would arrive after her.
