What a View! [S'alkrie]
She stepped through the thick snow with tan paws, not minding the bits and pieces that clung to her fur. Odette was built for this climate and everything that came with it -- the snow, the chilly winds, the low temperatures that others wouldn't be able to tolerate. She felt blessed to have her father's fur and thick-skinned features, a trait that obviously ran in her biological parents' genes. The girl couldn't help but smile as she continued to walk towards the waterfall. If only they were around to see her now...She was becoming a ruler, someone that would bring a positive change to the world. Her life had been so rough since birth, and now...this part of her life was definitely worth every struggle she had been through. For a few minutes, she took her time looking at the Peak, silently trying to figure out how to get to the top without breaking her neck.
OOC: Set before this land was claimed, also sorry for short reply!
The placid babe would waltz upon the scene, her steps light and calculated. The woman was well aware of her surroundings, and would not let her guard down. Even if she was rather tempted by the beauty of the lands- the girl simply declined to become distracted. She would near closer towards the waterfall, deciding to take a rest for a few minutes. S'alkrie would halt in her tracks, head lowering in order to trace her tongue against the cold waters. It wasn't until the babe finally looked up that she noticed that another was close by. The stranger was draped in strange colouration, though she was rather beautiful. S'alkrie would look at her for a moment, before breaking the silence. " Hey, enjoying the cold weather?" She would giggle, though she wouldn't quite relax, yet.
