Esti had never been to such a place now. The area was like a big den. It was dark, but that was no problem. Esti made sure to mark her way so as not to get lost. The darkness crawled around the girl, blending with her markings and clashing with her base coat. It was nice here. Echos surrounded Esti, yet it was somehow very quiet in the caverns. Esti wandered deeper in. Did anyone come here ever? The place seemed fairly empty. In her head, the shadows formed wolves. This place was well protected, but definitely not a place for pups. What kind of parents would raise young here. Surely any place such as this would give rise to something dark and twisted if it were to grow up in such darkness. Such a creature would burn under the daylight and only be able to travel at night. The idea thrilled Esti. A pack of wolves built for only the night and for the underground. Esti felt how those wolves would act. Sauntering, heads lowered and tails trailing behind, even with their spine. Their eyes opened wide to absorb any small amount of light. Esti found herself mimicing this position, her body shifting into the shadows. She stayed close to the walls. Her paws were silent. She was the shadow."Speech"
The darkness of the crypt was a welcome reprieve from his cousin. He had sworn himself to follow Katja, and though his moral character left much to be desired, he was not the kind to make false promises to his family. Despite his loyalty to her, she wasn't always the most exciting of creatures, prone to seriousness far more often than he preferred... And he found himself wandering from his temporary home, seeking refuge in the darkness of the earth as he felt it swallow him whole as his paws carried him deep into the crypt.
Still he was healing from his maim; he had lost most of his tail and though the fur had begun to grow around the small stub he had left, he still found himself less energetic than usual, still fighting to heal from the injuries he had sustained in battle. His paws were aimless as he wandered, green eyes widening as he grew accustomed to the darkness. The stones of the crypt were slick beneath his paws and his pace was deliberate and careful, knowing how mad Katja would be if he ended up hurting himself in a cave rather than in battle.
The scent of a female was strong and he found himself intrigued by the markings that he began to follow. Amusement flickered on his features as the tawny brute sauntered through the caverns, his head held low to the ground, his gaze searching for her in the distance as he weaved through twists and turns. "Come out, come out, wherever you are..." his voice called out playfully, a smirk tugging at his lips at the thought of what he might find here.
Her adventures continued for several moments. Esti slinking here and there through the shadows, pretending she could become one with the shadowy pack that surrounded her. A voice echoed out and, for a moment, Esti was not sure if it was her imagination or not. Could someone else really be in these caves? Esti's own voice rumbled out, "Only if you can find me." she teased. The male's voice had come from one direction, though, and Esti found herself heading in that direction anyway, staying close to the walls. Today, Esti was a shadow. Shadows had no fear. She wasn't fully pulled out of her make-believe world just yet, and curiosity only pulled her further to this other."Speech"
So much time had been spent in matters of business lately. All work and no play made for a terribly dull life... and he knew in the darkness he could find something to satiate his unquenchable desires. A voice suddenly called back to him from the darkness, a sweet female voice, playful and teasing. The sound was mesmerizing to his ears and he found a familiar warm trailing down his spine and down to his toes. The smirk widened, excitement gleaming in his widened stare as he moved to search for her a bit more rapidly. His nostrils flared wildly as he continued to trail after her scent, wondering what he might find in the darkness; only when he felt his nose bump against the warm fur of another did he know he had likely found her. "And what do we have here?" Came his foreign tones as he took a step back, letting his eyes focus on her. His accent had softened considerably since he'd come to these lands, but a hard northern accent still lingered in his tenor vocals.

Esti was being so stealthy. She was the epitome of quietness. In fact, she was so focused on being a shadow that she didn't hear the brute approach and she jumped when his nose bumped into her right shoulder. She spun around to come face to face with a shadowy figure of a wolf. Her eyes took a moment to adjust. She made out bright green eyes as the male inquired about what he had stumbled upon. Esti flashed a smile, "A shadow. A living shadow." The male had an accent, but it wasn't so heavy that Esti could not fully understand him. Esti felt the warmth from the other and she felt her own excitement rise. She could make out the male's face now, though not much else, and that only added to her excitement. Esti rumbled lowly and returned the question to the brute, "And who or what are you?" "Speech"
A bit of desperation suddenly flooded him, a tugging need that he had not felt in so long. He'd been punished by the gods for failing them, he was certain, and thus they had deprived him of a certain something that he was unused to going so long without. And although he had not won his battle against the silver-furred bitch -- as he so nicely referred to her as, in his mind -- he knew he had done right by his gods and his family, even sacrificing a piece of himself for them. They had rewarded him, oh yes they had... the warmth of the female before him, pressed so briefly against his nose, was proof of that.
Slowly he backed away and stood to examine her. She was significantly larger than himself and he found himself grinning, a gentle chuckle slipping from his parted lips. "I like the shadows," came his teasing voice, tainted with a bit of playfulness that couldn't be ignored. "My name is Kaprasíus. And what does this shadow call herself?" His eyes had begun to adjust more fully to the darkness but he couldn't quite make her out perfectly, despite the relatively close distance at which they stood. His head lowered, eying her still with burning curiosity that he didn't bother to hide.

After a moment, the male made the comment that he liked the shadows. Esti couldn't help but take it personally and she rumbled a bit in approval at his comment. She thirsted for such comments and attention. She craved them. The male gave his name- Kaprasíus- and Esti offered hers, "Esti. You can call me whatever, though." Her voice lowered towards the tail end of her sentence. She got a better look at Kaprasíus and she saw him doing the same. Esti made sure to stretch herself, letting the brute get a good view of her features. She was showing off; she knew she was. The titan girl made a low stoop with her front, pushing her rump up and elongating her back. She kept her darkened blue eyes on Kaprasíus's electric green ones and finished her stretch.
A grin pulled at Esti's features had her eyes explored the male. After a nice look up and down, Esti moved a bit closer,"And, Kaprasíus..." she started, pulling herself a little closer to him, her nose reaching out slightly, "What brings you all the way down here?" Her curiosity had gotten the better of her. The male had acknowledged her and Esti found herself craving more. She wanted him to say her name and to find her, at least in this moment, irresistible. Quietly he would thank Freyja for sending this female his way; for giving him a sign that his intentions had been correctly aligned. He would not bother hiding his desire for this reward that he felt was so rightfully his. Slowly his jaws would unhinge, tongue swiping across his dry lips as he devoured every inch of her with his green gaze. She was a gorgeous thing and he felt a painful hunger seating itself somewhere below his belly as she offered her name -- Esti. "Esti..." She had a youthful air that was intoxicating to him. Certainly she was near half her age, if not younger, and his eyes continued to roam her larger frame freely. There was little more appealing than a woman larger than himself, and younger was only a plus.
"I already told you..." he began, leaning forward daringly to take another whiff of her scent. "I like the shadows. I like the darkness..." Here, he could lose himself in passion; free of the drama of the outside world, free of his obligations and everything else, and surrender himself to the will of the gods. Saliva would pool around his mouth and he swiped at it with his tongue again, as she stretched in front of him, obviously teasing him. "And I like what I am finding today..." His voice was a low rumble as he pulled forward, aiming to nip at Esti's shoulder firmly, aiming to tease rather than to harm.

Kaprasíus would make it known that he liked the darkness and the shadows, and Esti would hum in agreement. He mentioned how he liked what he was finding and Esti found herself grinning again, eyes shining in the darkness, "I have to agree..." She would look at the brute again before he edged forward, nipping her shoulder. Esti felt her heart jump and her blood turn warm beneath her fur. She was taller than the brute, but she was quite used to being taller than pretty much everyone and payed no attention to her size. Esti aimed for a similar move as the brute, only choosing to graze Kaprasíus's cheek instead. She wanted to graze his cheek fluff with her teeth then aim for a light lick across the fur she nibbled, as if to heal any possible wound. She liked the attention and she liked the direction this brute was headed. "Speech"
Perhaps in the darkness, she could not see his deformities; and even if she could, would she even care? Though he had not the body of a warrior, he bore some muscle from travel and but a few scars from fights. His tail had been torn off to hardly nothing, and he moved with a slight limp, one hid hind paws mangled from the earthquake.
And yet she wanted him still. Kaprasíus, son of the gods themselves, and her body seemed to radiate with want. He had expected nothing less. She echoed the same passion that his own body did, his limbs quivering with anticipation as she leaned forward to nip at his cheek. "And what a naughty little shadow you are," he whispered under his breath, shifting to pull himself adjacent to her, wanting to nip at her ear -- though this time, his grip was more firm, needy almost. A playful growl would echo from his throat, deep and yet far from menacing as he pressed his body against her own, as though begging for an invitation.

Kaprasíus's voice echoes in Esti's ears and she hummed in reply. He moved to Esti's side and nipped her ear. She rumbled, purring under the pressure as she pushed herself against the man. She nudged him with her hips, whipping her tail around Kaprasíus's legs, dragging it up slowly, teasingly. She wanted this. Her body was tingling with a warmth. Her voice came out low and husky, "What happens in the shadows is never seen, so..." Esti trailed off as her tail finished it's teasing stroke, emphasized with another hip nudge. She leaned in, pressing her maw into Kaprasíus's fur, "So take this shadow-" she mumbled, "-and don't think, just feel."
Oh, what fun this was. Though he enjoyed his time spent with Katja, enjoyed every one of their labors that they exacted for their gods, pleasure was important too. A hearty rumble left his throat as he felt his side press against her own, wanting badly to make her his own, if only for the moment. Even if he never saw her again, he knew this was a reward that he'd earned... and she was more than willing to give it to him. His eyes closed momentarily as he felt her tail drag along his hindquarters, the movements slow and tantalizing and again he moved to tug somewhat roughly on her ear. "Our little secret," he mumbled, a laugh slipping from between his jowls. Enough to satiate the burning need that radiated through him suddenly, and then he would leave her and return to Katja as he knew he ought to.
At the woman's next words, he felt a low growl falling from his lips, the sound needy and playful at the same time. With her permission he found himself sliding his forelimb over her, happy to take her where she wanted to go, in the darkness of the cavern.
- fade to black -
There was little left for him here. With ease he moved away from her, but not before lapping at her cheek with an alarming amount of tenderness for the viking brute. "It was a pleasure. Maybe someday we will meet again," he murmured with a cheeky grin, laughing softly as he pulled away from her, turning quickly to leave her, feeling ready for a good nap.
