Revenge had heard about the claiming of the range though he'd yet to go and look for himself. He was almost fearful about what he was going to find there. Though everyday he would draw more near, eventually he knew he was going to have to look for himself. Had his parents even still been living there? Thoughts of what might have happened to them flashed through his head as he walked through the territory, still debating about getting closer to the range. Though he wouldn't even have to work very hard to realize a familiar scent had welled up beneath his nose. Soliloquy.
His ears and features would perk as his eyes sought out the man's similar form. He and Revenge could have been twins were it not for his own taller height and darker eye markings. Eager to see his relative, and to see if he too had joined imperium's ranks when the range was absorbed. It wouldn't take long to find his uncle, and Revenge would come creeping up on the older man. "Uncle Sol?" He'd ask as he came up to the side of the white wolf. "Why have you come here? Are mom and dad here too?" He'd ask unabashedly, completely unaware of his being claimed by his alpha.

Revenge was usually the one to notice small details, especially with the body. Soliloquy did not look his best. There were some few day old wounds, though from the look of him the boy would guess that his pride might have suffered a larger wound. His words would only confirm the mood revenge saw on him. Calling his alpha a rather vulgar word for male reproductive parts the boy was already a little confused. Valentine had been nothing but welcoming and supportive. He hadn't really expected the next words, he'd never thought that Soliloquy had any kind of affection for he or Mercy. Though the words did sting from the truth within them. "I didn't think you cared." He'd retort back, "I'm a healer here, when Mercy left, I had to follow her. Guess I just never made it make home." He couldn't help but shrug off the question. "But if you aren't here by choice, then what happened. Why didn't you just leave the range?"

Revenge would continue to watch the older Destruction, similarly bright yellow gaze lingering on his uncle as the boy tried to read him. There was no excuse Soliloquy would receive, but Revenge's loyalties were with Mercy. He held little affection for his father, but in the end he would regret hurting his mother. Not that he was much willing to discuss that with Sol. Obviously the man was very sore about something. Had Valentine not only claimed the land, but the family that lived there too? Then why were his parents not present? He'd avoid the confrontation again, that was Mercy's role really. Revenge didn't usually want much part in sparring, especially with his words. "So who all is here? Since somehow my parents left?" Revenge had no idea what his relative had been up to, the last thought he would have was that he'd found a girl and made a family. He'd pull his haunches beneath him as he settled to talk with Soliloquy. And then maybe his alpha.

Obviously Soliloquy had about as much of an idea where Scorpion and Othello were as Revenge did. At least that's what it sounded like by his uncles answer. He didn't really care to seek them out either, but if they happened by he wouldn't have avoided a reunion. The list wouldn't ring a bell in his mind, the name Isolde was quite foreign to him, but the mention of cousins was strange. "I have.. cousins?" He'd ask, somewhat in disbelief. Did Soliloquy have Orchid's babies or was he talking about the children that Scorpion and Othello hoarded? Surely the pale man before him hadn't brought any more Destructions into the world.. had he? That did seem the most logical of answers really. "You have children?" Certainly one of the last phrases he thought he'd be giving to Soliloquy.

Soliloquy's mood would get anything but better as he answered Revenge's question shortly, obviously incredibly unsettled. Though the boy could hardly blame him, being held against your will was hardly something anyone wanted for themselves. Even more now he was convinced he needed to talk to his alpha. Why would he want to hold his family prisoner anyway? Why had Valentine taken away his uncles children? There was only a worried curiosity on the boy's vague features as his gaze found the earth. "You should probably go kill something to get your mind off things. Maybe avert some of that energy into something useful." The words were kind of quiet as he pondered, Valentine looked highly on those that participated. Even the lowest of ranks could gain favor. "I think I might go talk to him." There wasn't anything Revenge could promise his uncle, her didn't know Valentine all that well and was unaware how he might act towards him if he spoke up for his kin. It was worth a shot though. He'd turn to leave, looking back at Soliloquy to see if he was needed any longer.

He hadn't really expected the response to his offer, a growl before he barked an order. Revenge wasn't sure how to feel about that, but he wouldn't say anything still unsure of everything himself. If he wasn't going to talk to Valentine he would go and seek out Mercy. Soliloquy's presence was not ideal and the boy was eager to be back in his sister's arms. "Whatever you want." he'd answer, "Can I do anything for you though?" He might have left his family, but he was still willing to help them if they needed it. Soliloquy might not have been happy about the situation, but really it could have been much worse. He was still posed to trot off, even if his destination was different.

Soliloquy had no reason to trust his nephew besides the fact that they shared the same name. Revenge wasn't going to purposefully go against his uncle's wishes. So if he asked him not to talk to Valentine he wasn't going to. He preferred the background anyway. He'd happily stay in the shadows and watch it all play out. There was one request though, to make sure the safety of the three children in question. Now Soliloquy would name them, and Revenge would remember the titles. Revenge offered the man a nod of his head in answer, he could look in on the pups for his father's brother. Maybe Mercy knew where they were. With out much more contact Revenge would take his leave with a flash of his tail and a trot in the other direction.
