Groggily Frith would awake to the sounds of little squeaking puppies, the sun was coming up and with it their little balls of fluff would rise too. Their eyes were open but they still didn't really focus on anything yet. Their legs were starting to work but they couldn't quite hold up their squirming little bodies. Still so completely innocent. The chocolate wolf's bicolored eyes would open slowly as he listened to the little murmurs of the babies at his wife's stomach. Smiling softly he'd lift his head, the rest of his body positioned neatly by Novella's other side. He'd crane his neck to see that she'd moved in the night dislocating the food source from the babes' mouths. Chuckling softly he'd nuzzle Novella's cheek in attempt to help wake her sleeping form.

Novella hadn't been lying when she said Fate and Luck would soon be up and about. Already they had begun to grow, their eyes opening and legs, whilst failing in the attempts, had tried the odd unbalanced step in combination with their crawling. This all meant they were still rather demanding however, of course she'd soon regret thinking such a thing when before too long they'd be out and about free to cause trouble or worry her mad in some way or another but for some reason it had taken a bit of a taxing on the woman this time. Frith had been keeping her well fed, her elder children as well though she was still feeling rather drained. She dreaded the worrying that would soon come.

Dreams were free from such thoughts however and they wouldn't immediately spring to mind either as Frith gently disturbed her, stirring her to wake once more. His loving touch and the soft sounds of her children would greet her and slowly eyes would open, glancing first to her mate before falling upon Fate and Luck, squirming over each other as they attempted to reach her side. She left them to their actions for now, a task that had surely become easier now they had another sense to learn to use.

"Is it really morning already?" She questioned, glancing once more to Frith, though remaining in her rather comfortable position for now. She could have done with more sleep, though with Fate and Luck, she doubted she would have really gotten much more anyway.

Though he was loathe to really disturb Novella most times he knew that Fate and Luck would soon rouse her from the much needed slumber. She didn't seem to be sleeping heavily as his gentle caress woke her quickly, he'd catch her quick glance asher eyes fluttered open and her question was stated. "Unfortunately it is," He'd nuzzle her softly, hoping that maybe the worm like pups would take a nap long enough that Novella would gain more sleep. He wasn't sure what was really wrong, but he knew how tired she was. Though after this pregnancy it seemed it took her so much longer to recover. "How are you feeling so far?" Frith tried to keep a steady eye on her, he wanted to be sure that whatever this wasn't didn't turn into something serious. He was already thinking of seeking out the services of her niece in Fiori. He'd yet to really speak with her about the condition at all, but it seemed more like an unspoken understanding.
