Dive right in

Upon feeling better, Kismet had been fairly quick to get back to his typical duties. Truth be told he felt bad about having abandoned tasks for so long and was a little worried that if he didn't hurry up, Rune would be after him again. The man had seemed somewhat more mellow after their patrol together and that experience hadn't actually been as bad as he'd initially feared. He didn't want to go back to that state of worry he'd been in when he first joined though, his arrival had made a very bad first impression and he'd been attempting to make up for that since. His illness may have put things on hold for a little while but he was back now.

He planned upon an outing for Warja soon, he definitely owed her an adventure now, not that he was still completely certain where he would take her. In the mean time he'd been working on rebuilding his strength not to mention the general duties of a Guard. Patrolling was of course one of those tasks, not that he had personally ever come across anything out of the ordinary unless you counted the conversation with Rune during their patrol together. So far, this particular patrol was proving to be just the same as the rest.
