Do you have proof of purchase for his extra height?

It was free at the time of his creation. When the rule was that they could grow to their parents height without charg.

Note to anyone concerned: When the new guidebook came out there was a rule in there that height was free up to the parents' height and then paid for after that. The rule was fixed June 18th, 2014. Any wolves from this time period still need to provide proof of the free height (original pup app or the parents' purchase if they didn't provide it at that time) when reactivating these characters. - Tealah
