It had been set early, the sun was rising in the east and Caeto was there to see it. His paws slid in the black sands of the beach. He made his way to the shore line, not stopping until the water rose to his hocks. He gently sat to the bottom, swinging his tail and flicking it a few times splashing water about the place. His back curved as he settled but his eyes never left the horizon.

Not only had Maverick disappeared, now his mother had. And he couldn't help but think they weren't together. He didn't know why Maverick had left in the first place, but just when he was finally back where he belonged, everyone had left.

He had been absent of Titania, but he couldn't deal with it right now. But he had no urge to search through heaven and hell and back again and again. And even though having another Zaria was probably perfect for him right now, it wasn't going to settle. He didn't know how he would talk to her, tell her he couldn't be. He needed to deal with this alone.

All he really needed was this sun rise.

The times she found herself with out Soliloquy were few and far between, even now as he met with his brother she had no doubt he would follow after her. Not that she was trying to avoid him or relinquish herself from him, she was just walking. A habit she found herself enjoying rather much. Soliloquy would look out for her, just as her mother had done for a time. She was getting older now though, and though life was still harsh she was coping easier. She still had yet to try life on her own again, not that she wanted to anytime soon.
She would find herself alone now, but not for long. She enjoyed her solitude, and would find herself humming as she continued her lonesome walk. Soliloquy would keep her and do good on his promise, but she would enjoy herself with out him by her side now and then. The morning was early as the girl traveled, the sun had yet to show its rays. She?d caught the scent of the ocean and had decided she wanted to watch the sun rise. Her form would propel forwards towards the dark beach when she caught a scent she had not encountered in an age. Caeto.
Curiously, and rather happily she would make her approach, a smile playing on her features and her tail wagging behind her as she broke through the trees and her paws touched the sand. Bright eyes would find themselves upon her older brother?s appearance and she?d feel her grin widen. Though she hadn?t seen many of her siblings or parents she would not worry about them. Eventually she?d see them all again. She was sure. ?Caeto?? She?d call curiously as her pace slowed, dark ears trained on him as her dark paws brought her closer.

He would gaze at the sun, it's steady red flattening to the blue of the sky. Not long after his sitting, he would feel the presence of another, as well as remember the scent of his sister. As if she were leaping to him, is if she were excited to see him, she would approach him abruptly.

But instead of turning her way and pushing into her, he would remain looking to the sun. He would droop his head slightly, looking into the water. "Have you seen mom?"

He had spent so long searching for his siblings that there wasn't even a pride anymore. He was more depressed over his mothers leave than glad to see his lost sister. But just the thought of the two would make a rumbled chuckle come from his throat. "It's like were the only ones left."

He hadn't seen Maverick ever, since he left for Arcanum. He had tried to reach Arian and Finiarel, searched desolately for his older siblings. He had failed himself, there was nothing left of him.

The sun would begin to rise over the horizon, covering her brother in its beautiful glow. Curiosity had taken over her features and she would make her approach slowly. She knew not what he would think of his sister now, nor did she knew what he himself had been through. She would make her approach slowly, unsure of his reaction as he refrained from looking at her. Only a sad statement would leave his lips, eyes searching the water for an answer. Had she seen their mother? ?I have, but not recently.? She?d not even come looking for her after she?d left with Soliloquy. He seemed so sad, while she felt content.
Her form would come to sit beside him, the scent of Soliloquy and sex covering her russet fur. ?...only ones left.? She?d been so caught up within her suitor?s grasp that she?d not noticed the absence of their family. The brokenness their line had fallen to. She?d nudge him affectionately as her haunches coiled beneath her, aware of the sadness within his eyes. ?What?s happened to you Caeto?? she?d ask softly.

Isolde would come and sit beside him, looking to his similar eyes after she had said nothing new about their mother. Epiphron and Maverick, both gone. He didn't want to believe it.

He could sense the unknown adolescence clinging to her bodice, but would pay no mind to it as if it were none of his choice to tell her no. She was here, she was the only one. She was the only thing holding him together at this point even though they hadn't seen each other in what felt like forever.

It was forever.

Caring, she cared. What had happened to him? "The world happened to me." He would begin with another rumble from his throat. "It's out to get me."

His gaze would still remain out into the oceans, into the skies, there was no more emotion left to give, to show. No matter how hard she may have tried to catch his eye, he wouldn't budge. Not even to her touch. He thought about screaming, showing anger to her nudge but he didn't have it.

"Zaria is dead." Plain as day. He would finally move, but only his eyes and neck, and away from her. She had seen enough of his pain, she needed no more of it.

He was so cold, not physically, as she rubbed against him the girl would feel the warmth rolling off of him. He seemed less vibrant than what he had when they were children together. She would almost expect him to refrain from answering her question, still even with his answer he would be vague. He would not delve into what had happened to his life yet, his stone cold expression and non reaction to her touch almost too much for her to bear. It was no help that he would then utter his woe, and turn from her features. Zaria was dead. Though she knew not who that was she could only guess at who the wolf was to her brother. She?d been gone much too long to have knowledge of her, but she wouldn?t mention such topics. She?d keep herself silent for her brother, unable to really say anything. He was unresponsive to her touch, and so she would remove her gaze from him to look back over the ocean, caught up in the thought of what if. What if Soliloquy was taken from her?

Silence.

A moment for Zaria? No, a moment for herself. She would think of her loved one, though she didn't know of Caeto's. Zaria, his first love. So odd to think of it that way now. The two had their fights, hated each other even. And even at that age, it wasn't right for them to seek such maturity in that way. What kind of young, first love drew each other's blood with such a hatred but be aroused?

And instantly, he would start to chuckle. To Laugh. To wheeze. What on earth? This was so unlike Caeto, all this... emotion. He would even raise and drop his paw opposite of his sister splashing water up the side of him. But it was a joyous laughter, not evil. Or maybe even nervous. But in any case, Caeto just didn't ever laugh.

Sides would start to burn as he came to a close, tiny giggles in between his breaths. And still, no voice. A silence that was together by the sounds of his laughter.
