The Alpha hadn't carried out all of his duties yet. He had welcomed Roe into the pack, ensuring her a position as Storyteller, but he hadn't done everything for her. The man hadn't shown her around, made sure she was feeling welcome, or met any of his family members. What kind of a ruler was he?! Thoughtless, that's what. He playfully thought of this as he bounded from his den to search for his newfound member. It didn't take long to notice her among the springs. A smile appeared upon his handsome face as he lazily walked towards her now familiar form. Whatever she was doing, she seemed interested in her pursuit. Roe had found a place close to the springs to allow herself to relax and mull over this odd turn of events. The thing she didn't understand the most was how little she actually felt over losing her entire family and her life in one fell swoop. In the blink of an eye it was all gone and she didn't care. Sure they may have been able to be considered emotionally abusive and she never really felt as though it had been home nor that it gave her room to breathe and flourish... but still. She should have felt something. No. Instead she joined a pack without blinking an eye, taking up the mantle of storyteller without a second thought. There had to be something wrong with her, there just had to be. With a sigh she rested her head on her paws, eyes closing tightly as she tried to forget about it all. The voice of her new alpha broke her silence and she thanked the heavens for the distraction. Lifting her skull she smiled to Dhiren, yellow eyes shining like the sun. "Beautiful day. " She commented with a grin, eyes shining. "Howre you, sir alpha?" She asked with a light laugh, sprawling herself out as she enjoyed the last bit of warmth from the autumn sun. "Burn Baby Burn"
