Ghosting among the young trees, Warja searched the terra for plants of value. In search of medicinal plants, the medic was counting on the regrowth of the forest to provide her with herbs that the Gulley didn't possess. It was rather late in the year, but the days remained uncharacteristically warm and she was optimistic.

The perky red buds hanging overhead drew her attention and, acting on curiosity, the little fae placed a forepaw on the slim trunk of a tree and reached up with the other to paw at the buds. Silently she wondered if the little flowers held some kind of useful property. Perhaps the effects were worth testing? The trees were common here and while she wasn't sure how much longer the blooms would last, they would come back next year.

Warja sank back to earth with a sigh. It was time to be heading home. There didn't appear to be any plants worth investigating. Maybe she'd come back next spring when everything was green and youthful, she was sure to have better luck then.

He wasn't entirely sure where he was, wasn't sure where he had disappeared to. He had allowed long legs and massive paws to drag his frame across his boarders and out into the wild. Some nagging voice yelled at him, told him he had made too many enemies to want to leave the safety of his home but at the same time? What did he care? What was the worst that could really happen? He was a king, a monster among men and honestly he felt pretty unstoppable as of late. So he would move his way towards an area that looked odd, an area he didn't recognized and that was pretty uncommon for him. He was pretty sure he knew most of the lands here but apparently not. He would move slowly, cautiously as acidic gaze traversed his surroundings. What was this place? He was so caught up in his thoughts the he barely noticed the feminine scent that drifted towards him. He wouldn't notice until her silver and grey form came into sight. The sight of her froze him, only catching the colours out of the corner of his eye.

Vixe? Was he sleeping?

Skull was tossed side to side, shaken before he would cast his gaze at the wolf before him. No, it was a woman's form that would greet him. Brows would knit together as he stepped forward and studied her curiously. "Hello?" His voice was a deep rumble that rolled off his tongue, skull tipped off its axis as he inspected this woman. Was it just a coincidence? Probably. But still he couldn't help but take a new interest in her just because of her coloration.

A deep, masculine voice halted her in her tracks. Warja turned, her gaze lifting to meet the eyes of a massive brute. He was huge. HUGE! He had to be Kismet's height if not taller, but what truly made him impressive was the sheer size of him. It wasn't just that he was tall, no, every bit of him, from his voice to his gigantic paws, contributed to the impression that a burly bear was talking to her. She blinked, momentarily caught off guard.

Her recovery was swift, the silent pause between locking eyes on him and replying miniscule. ”Hello,” she said warmly, her gaze confident. Having a giant for a friend had largely desensitized her to the spectacle that was an impressively tall individual. At that moment the familiar leaves of a useful plant drew her gaze downward. Beside him, growing in a thick patch, was flowering meadowsweet. Warja's face lit up at the sight of it. ”Oh! Meadowsweet!” If she collected some then her trip wouldn't have been in vain.

Unwilling to encroach on the space of a stranger, she asked, ”If it's alright with you, I'd very much like to take some with me.”
