They tend favour those who are lighter aligned though any who respect all within the pack and abide and welcome it's ways with honour will be likely be given a chance. They encourage peace and wish to build a good environment for those that wish to live within their home.

PACK RANKS

TIER 1
AUTHOR	Two wolves fill this position, equal in power to one and other they are the leaders or alphas of the pack. They will be knowledgeable and experienced wolves and are expected to be respected and treated as such. As the first in command they have the power to accept or expel members, promote and demote wolves through the ranks and decide all rules and laws of the pack.
SEQUEL	This wolf is selected by the Authors to take after the pack in the event that neither is able to lead. They are expected to work hard in training to gain the experience needed to lead and are still to be treated with the respect that their future role calls for. They have the same powers as the Author however they are advised to exercise their power with caution to begin with and ultimately the Authors have the final say in matters.
TIER 2
EDITOR	The Editor works closely with the Authors to help in running the pack. There is only one wolf chosen for this position and they are essentially the Lead Beta of the pack and therefore are to be treated with respect. They have the power to accept and deny new members and advise the Authors with decisions on other pack matters. In the event that the Sequel in unable or unwilling to take over the pack, it should then be passed onto the Editor.
ILLUSTRATOR	There are two wolves chosen for this position and they are expected to work closely with the Editor and Author to assist with pack matters. They are the secondary betas of the pack and to have earned their position should be experienced and knowledgeable. They have the power to accept and deny new members into the pack.
TIER 3
PLOT	These three wolves are the primary teachers of the pack, they should ideally hold at least one lesson a month. Knowledgeable in at least one particular area they specialise in either self-defence, healing or hunting. They must have proven their skill in their specialised area through using or teaching in at least five threads. » ACTION - Chosen to teach the art of self defence. They should have extensive knowledge of fighting and be eager to teach those who need practice within the pack. » DRAMA - Wolves of this title are chosen to teach the art of healing. They should be well versed in herbology as well as medical procedure. » MYSTERY - These wolves are the lead hunters of the pack. They are expected to teach the young how to hunt as well as hone the skills of the rest of the members.
TIER 4
EPILOGUE	The more experienced members will hold this title, whilst not required they may assist in lessons or hold their own to help others learn. They will have needed to attend a minimum of ten lessons and/or proven their skills in one or more areas to earn this rank.
CHAPTER	Once they have attended a minimum of five lessons and/or proven their skills in one or more areas, a wolf may be promoted to Chapter.
PROLOGUE	Less experienced wolves will hold this rank. They will be expected to attend all lessons and learn as much about the three areas of learning as they can.
TIER 5
CLASSIC	The elderly members of the pack, they are to be respected and cared for by others within the pack. They may contribute to lessons or hold their own if they wish to share their knowledge and experience, though are not under any specific requirements.
PAPERBACK	The handicapped or severely injured or ill members of the pack hold this position. Unable to contribute to day-to-day pack duties whether permanently or temporary they are to be cared for by the rest of the pack.
DRAFT	These are the children of the pack, those currently under a year of age. From the age of a season they are encouraged to begin attending lessons though not expected to contribute to activities or pack duties.
TIER 6
BOOKEND	This rank is for those who have recently joined the pack, often on a probationary period as the Authors decide whether they are a good addition to the pack and where they should be officially be placed later.
PLAGIARIST	This rank is for those who have blatantly disrespected the laws or another wolf. It is punishment and not a rank given lightly, those who have earned it may not easily redeem themselves.

PACK RULES, CUSTOMS & HISTORY

Rules:
» Authors have the final say in all matters, they are to be respected and their word is to be followed.
» All members of Threar are expected to show care and loyalty to each other. The same treatment is to be granted towards the pack's allies as well.
» Plots are expected to hold at least one lesson a month. Prologues should attend these with Drafts, Chapters and Epilogues also being welcome and encouraged to attend. There is always more to learn.
» Challenging for ranks tier three and below whilst not forbidden should only be done in a manner suitable for the rank you wish to obtain, sparring for fighters, hunting contests for hunters and demonstrations of healing or quizzes on knowledge for healers.

Customs:
» Threar Festival - A gathering to strengthen and develop ties with the packs they are on good terms with. They encourage the packs to mix and spend time with others whilst competing in various activities before ending the event with a feast.
» Weddings - The pack will gather to watch a couple be wed and celebrate with them afterwards
» Births - Once the pups are old enough to leave the den, the pack will gather to officially introduce the newest arrivals to the pack and the world, and will celebrate with a feast.
» Deaths - Unfortunately wolves do die and though not a joyful celebration, after a death Threar gather together to mourn and share stories about the deceased.

History:
Threar was formed in the Summer of Year 4 by Novella Destruction and has been led by her and her husband, Frith since.
