It was nice to see the sun for once against the cold earth of a land in winter. He would find a nice, sunny rock to lie his bulk against where he could settle down and look up at the sky. He saw the flight of a few of the braver birds that had stayed despite the winter and he would watch them weel across the sky and find himself wondering what it would be like to fly. To have that freedom to go anywhere he wanted and be there in moments, it would be a wonder and a joy to experience, no doubt. He closed his eyes after a moment and snoozed against the mid-day sun.
