The quietness was anything but a threat. Meinx would do her daily patrol, though it soon became clear no other sought to join today. A sigh would slip ebony lips. Her mind empty, unable to think about much for the past few days. Was the woman losing herself? Was she just no longer the same? Lonely? She no longer had any immediate family around, and she had yet to meet anyone who intrigued her, expect for perhaps Aerndis Her warrior personality pleased Meinx and perhaps soon they'd get to know eachother better. Seeing as they now shared the same home. Typical really, how Meinx could accept someone who had removed her nose. Was she hideous? did she look as strange as her father had? The thought never phased her, quite liking the fact of having her scars. She would continue strolling, until stopping by a tree, looking upon the emptiness of the area.

It had been so long since she had last had words with Meinx. She would seek out the woman, finding her walking the borders of the moor, stopping only when she found a suitable tree to survey her home under. The silver Queen would aim to approach from behind, her coral gaze resting easily on the woman. "Meinx" She would greet the now disfigured woman. She had lost her nose, though it was not a sign of ugliness in the Queens eyes, but rather a token of her battle driven heart. She would approach, seeking to sit beside the woman who she had entrusted such a great deal of power with. "Its gotten quiet since Solstice left." She would comment with mild annoyance. Perhaps that would be changing soon enough. Though there had been little talk of alliance and where they stood with other packs. She knew that she had Abavens alliance, as well as Imperium. But the other packs hung in the balance, and she wanted that changed.

For a moment Meinx would allow herself to think, her gaze drifting of way into the distance. She had realised Alacritis was not as it used to be when she was a child. She remembered the constant tension building within the world, before a siege broke out. She was unable to fight of course, for she was only a babe back then, but ever since then she had always yearned for that experience. Hearing her father best the albino king thrilled her, but now he was dead. By the very man Syrinx sought to destroy. Meinx had never really thought about those events, fearing if she did she'd grow absent and weak, unable to focus on what now was important and dedicate her strength full to Arcanum. She would make her way over to cat, sitting within her company, letting the comfortable silence build for just a split moment. The beta would looks down to the floor, now that Solstice was gone there really wasn't much to do. " Alacritis really has grown to peaceful... hasn't it? If only we could change that." It seemed destruction was no longer within the lands, and withought it the place really held, no meaning? "Hmm... you struck fear within the Solstice wolves, perhaps soon it's time for Arcanum to carry on with it's growing reputation." They had to, what fun was it to simply sit around? That's not what they where all created for.

Meinx has no nose and heavy scarring on the top of the muzzle. Some tables may not show this.

Meinx would agree that Alacritis had grown peaceful, yet also admitting that they should change that. A smirk would toy with her lips. That was the plan. Solstice had been fun, she had been successful in instilling fear in them, but they had been weak, to weak, they had fled from this place and fallen into hiding. There was no doubt that Arcanum was developing a reputation as the neighborhood bully, terrorizing the weak and undeserving. "Yes, I think so too. I recently had a run in with Pantheon. Fools thought they could simply order me around." She would scoff, looking disdainfully in the direction of the pack. They were neighbors, so close and already within her grasp that if wouldn't even be difficult to seek them out and destroy them. Her gaze would flicker back to Meinx. "We have several close allies already. Abaven, Imperium, and now Glaciem, until their worth runs out." War would be easy. And she was itching to get her paws dirty. "We need to get to the other packs, establish where we stand with them." It had been long over due. She needed to know who didn't care and who did. her coral gaze rested on the beta's chocolate features, now scarred at the jaws of Aerndis. Their numbers were swelling with wolves capable of battle, and everyone was growing restless.

Though the woman rarely liked the company of others and found most wolves to be a waste of space, she had grown to feel comfortable within Cataleya's presence. She didn't much care about the small talk between them, and it simply went straight into business about future plans and recent events. Meinx was caught briefly by surprise at the mention of Pantheon messing with the Arcanum queen. Clearly they must think it was foolish? To now have the entire back eager for their skin? A shame for them, but perhaps a treat for the rest of us. " I do hope you put them in their place? The fools." She would snort. Cat would mention the current alliances, and Meinx would make a note within her mind. Who else must they see, so plenty to choose from. Though the question remains: Will they choose to be friend of for? " Perhaps I should make a visit to the rest of the packs and see where we stand? I'm sure we'd love to see who wishes to become our enemy. Ludicael seems to be rising from the ashes. Again." Much like Arcanum had, she realised.

She would chuckle as Meinx spoke with a snort. The woman had been unwaveringly loyal since the very beginning. She knew she could count of her, especially during times of war. She would nod slowly when Meinx offered to make a trip to the rest of the packs. That would be good, I need to know where the remaining packs stand in regards to our compatibility. She would speak with a sneer. When Ludicael was mentioned, she immediately thought of the sun colored woman that had paid her a visit. She would huff indifferently. She had not cared for the closeness between her husband and the woman. If they prove to be useful, then so be it. It was all she would state on the matter.
