Holding onto Lian as if he would leave and never come back, the girl would flutter her eyes to the sound of the northern birds waking outside the ship. She gentle lifted her head to look around the chamber to find that everyone had gone out or just left the chamber and that the two probably slept in longer than normal. Or maybe it was just Zola because she would have been upset if Lian left her too early...

She dropped her head to nestle into his fur and exhaled sharply with a little groan before settling, but it wouldn't be long until she spoke, hoping that her little stirring made him notice she was awake.

"Mmm, What are'we ganna do today Lian?"

Her words blended as her soft voice was still trying to wake itself. Her eyes were closed again but she was ready to go out for whatever. She didn't mind if they laid together a little longer though...

The boy was indeed still curled up with the girl, content to waste the day away snoozing lazily in their man made den. Lips slightly curled up in a pleased expression bright blue eyes were closed as he dreamed blissfully. The movements of their family and the noise of the morning had not disturbed him, but as Zola lifted her head from the floor Lian would slowly return to consciousness. Quite unaware of his surroundings, or that the morning was now giving way to afternoon.

He'd take in a deep breath as he felt her nuzzle into his chest, reflexively he would pull her tighter, burying his nose in the sweet fur that covered her neck. His smile would become more content as he exhaled a sigh, knowing full well she was awake but saying nothing until he heard her voice. Black tipped ears would perk forward as she asked him what he wanted to do with the day. "Hmm... I d'nno. Just woke up. Haven't thought about it." He'd answer her just as lazily but would curl more tightly around her, wrapping her in front and rear paws.

He had no intentions of getting up yet, he was enjoying their cuddle time too much to even suggest they leave the den. What a treat too, it seemed from the sound of things even Armai was out and about. He'd nibble gently against her skin, grooming her sleepily to further his point that he had no wish to move.

The girl would stay still as her brother nestled her and groomed her. Her eyes closed as she was drifting in and of sleep for a while until she wanted to get up. She rose her head to look at him with a gentle grin and tilting her head.

"I wanna go out today, you should take me!"

She demanded playfully. She didn't get out hardly at all. Normally to sit beside the ship or walk around in the forest by herself; but it was almost always by herself. Lian probably scouted the area for trespassers like dad did, but sometimes he just got out before Zola got up or she didn't feel like it that day. Today she wanted desperately to go out and do something. She was starting to get stir crazy...

She would allow him to immerse himself within her fur, losing himself to a dreamy sleepy grooming he would enjoy her presence. The soft feel of her fu beneath his tongue and her pleasing aroma that surrounded his senses. He didn't know how long she let him lay there with her, but it didn't seem like hardly enough time. Eventually she would lift her head from his affections, bright purple gaze finding his own. Sleepily he'd look up at her, taking in the gentle grin as she spoke to him.

She wished to go out with him today, something he could easily provide. He usually went out on his own, not because he wanted to be with out her but so he could protect her. There were too many rogues that could pick her up and take her away from him for him to ever feel entirely comfortable about bringing her along. However, he would never deny her wishes. "I can agree to these terms," He'd mumble playfully as he tried to wake himself up "Should we get up now?" The boy would ask instead of doing, he was still quite content with holding her to his chest.

Zola would pull her chin in as Lian asked if they were ready to get up. She rose a brow slightly, though not like she was trying to give him a clue. And in a flash, she leaped away from him and slid across the metal floors to jump out of the exit.

"Come on Lian!"

She giggled as she stopped a few feet from the mouth of their den to wait for him. She would stand out side with her tail and ear held high, and she would start to pounce around in place waiting for him. She was ready to go out for an adventure, whether it was just into the woods or down the shore like they had before. But she was excited to get back out and actually do something.

He wouldn't have much more time to enjoy her presence, after the words were uttered from his mouth it seemed she would be eager to take up the suggestion. A dark brow would raise, and like a flash she was gone from his arms. Even before he could focus on her she was sliding away from him and headed towards the door. She'd call after him excitedly and he would begrudgingly shake the rest of his sleep from his features as he pushed himself from the hard metal surface.

He could hear her giggle as he followed a bit more slowly, his lengthening legs eager to propel him forward and out of their den. He'd squint his eyes at the bright sun on snow, but the black marks around his eyes would help him from experiencing sun blindness. He'd watch his sister with an amused smile as she bounced around, quite ready for her adventure with her brother. Lian would have taken her where ever she wished to go, he was content as long as she stayed by his side. "So, where are we going?" He'd ask her as he came up to her side and nuzzled her affectionately. Not quite ready to relinquish his physical contact with her.

As Lian came to her side, she would shake her body a little, trying to get him a little more energetic too. She knew they would have to hurry before... Armai found them and tried to follow them around every where. She would look around at the shore and the forest near by, her neck craned high before she spoke anything.

"Well... I don't know." She would look at Lian a few seconds after to continue on, "What do you do when you go out?"

When Zola did go out by herself, she normally went to the shore just beside the ship and sat by a couple rocks there. She never went down the shoreline or into the woods, she always wanted to be in view of the boat in case there was any trouble. She wasn't paranoid like when she was a smaller puppy, but she didn't know what was out there. She knew a few wolves have been spotted by either Lel or Lian, or both of them. The boat was just confined enough to make her feel safe.

Zola was full of energy, and soon enough with her own excited wiggles he could feel himself becoming more excited to go out and adventure with her. Though his mind wouldn't really think about the need to hurry so they would not catch Armai. Her nose was incredible and he was unsure how she didn't find them just by following their scent sometimes. Zola would look around, surveying the lands to decide their best route, however she would claim she didn't have any idea where they should actually go. She'd want him to take her where he normally went.

Black tipped ears would fall to his head as he lifted his features and similarly looked around. He never really went the same way twice, but he often walked around the perimeter of their home. "Well, I guess we could loop around the boat." That would be easy enough. Nuzzling her affectionately once more he would set off in the direction of the ocean. They could start at the shore line and go around into the woods and eventually loop back. Running through the waves seemed like a decent way to wake himself up. Putting on a burst of speed the boy would chuckle heartily as he ran. "Race you to the water!" It was his turn to speed to their next destination.

When he stated they could loop around the boat, Zola thought he meant just around the boat and she was pretty disappointed. She wasn't no child that was scared of a leaf blowing across the way anymore! But as he would take off on a race she would throw her head and perk her ears in his direction.

"Hey!" She giggled some more, starting to trek her way after him. There was no way she could outrun Lian, even if she got a head start, but she still tried her hardest and then realizing he was running actually into the water she wouldn't hesitate to jump in after him.

Immediately leaping over the shoreline and into the water, she would shake and bristle through the cold with her tail flicking in and out of the water spraying ocean everywhere. She looked at Lian with a devilish grin before jumping up on her hind legs and trying to splash water onto him whether he was in the water or not. It was cold but it was tolerable, nothing was as cold as the winter they had just suffered through.

Of course the boy had not meant merely around the boat no, he had every intention of taking her around the perimeter of there home. He knew she could handle it, her confidence was rising by the day. It seemed like his love for her would do the same. The night they'd confessed their feelings for each other.. at the time he had no idea how serious he'd been. Now though, he knew that they were meant to be together for the rest of their lives. He loved Zola with his whole heart.

He'd hear her protest as he took off running, his own innocent giggles joining in with hers as they ran to the water. He would hit first, sending the spray all around him as he turned sharply to watch as Zola leapt after him. He mirrored her actions, his front half lifting from the water as he aimed to splash teh water back at her, the air would be filled with his care free giggles as the two played eagerly within the water. He'd hear himself squeal a couple of times as he continued their water fight.

Now he was really feeling awake, with the cool water rushing over his body his blue eyes were now bright, alert, and ready to take his sister on their adventure. He would splash a few more times, enjoying the fun of it too much to quit before he'd find himself retreating to the shore. "C'mon! There's still so much to see!" If she had stopped splashing his form would shift so he could nuzzle her soaked fur.

She too would squeal and giggle to the splashes of his and her own water. She would continue as long as he did, following him out of the water and shaking her pelt vigorously as he went to nuzzle her.

"Where to next?"

She would speak enthusiastically as he said that there was so much more to see. Of course everything would be new and amazing to her, a shape of a rock, a different color of crustacean that she hadn't seen. She knew Lian would take her anywhere and she wouldn't have a single down point in their journey. Even when they are older and ran away or whatever. They wouldn't be with mommy and daddy forever at least, they would both have their own life together at some point.

Zola would take little convincing to retreat from their watery playground, as his feet hit dry land his body would shake lightly, ridding himself of excess liquid. Lian's form would be allowed to nuzzle the girl as she excitedly asked where it was they were heading to next. Just as eager to get there Lian would jump away, fully awake with their jaunt in the ocean.

She asked him where it was they were going next and for a moment he would debate not telling her. A sly smile on his features he'd pull away from her form, heading down the beach as he looked back at her. "Adventuring!" He'd remind her, his specifics obviously lacking. He wouldn't run off this time, content to let her catch up beside him before he really set off. They'd cover the rest of the beach before turning off and jumping on to a well worn path in the woods. "Wanna see where it goes?" He'd ask her before going too much further. He'd been through here before, even tracked a deer herd to where they were bedding down once. They were bigger now. If the creatures were around there was a good chance he and zola could take out a weaker animal.

Zola would still hold her head high as Lian went on to the rest of their adventuring, following him where he moved and out to the forest where a beaten trail led to some unknown location; or at leas unknown to Zola. He asked if she wanted to see where it went, and of course she did! She never got out and was letting out all that energy she never knew was hiding under her.

Instantly she would run out in front of Lian and put her nose to the ground wondering what was at the end. "Whadoyu think is at the end?" Was there even an end? Would the trail last forever?

She would start trotting through the snow and following the path into the trees, Lian could obviously keep up with her or even take the lead. But they both knew where to go, it was just the matter of getting back. Or at least to Zola.

She would seen come to a quick halt, noticing something in the distance move as she hoped that Lian wouldn't startle it. There were a whole bunch of deer ahead of them, blending in with trees or so it seemed to her since she wasn't used to even coming out here.

"What is it?" She tilted her head toward one she saw, a doe that hadn't spotted their voices or laughter yet. If Lian wanted to take one down, they would have to find a little baby or a sick one. The doe was two big for them to handle.

He could easily see her excitement, which would only heighten his own awareness as they inspected the trail. He'd grin as Zola took it in, curious and eager to get away from that which was already known to them. Getting her out of her comfort zone was one talent he seemed to have, and thus far she had grown more from it. Their encounter with the crab had left her more brave, would this trip do the same? How close were they from running away? His sister would waste no time in turning down the trail, and his own pale paws would follow after her easily.

He'd hear a faint question, but he wasn't sure what she'd asked at first. He'd take a long moment to answer, but it wasn't much better than her own internal musings. "I've never been to the end, I don't know. If you want to go all the way to the end lets do it." He would let her keep the lead, though he would have normally preferred storming ahead to make sure the way was clear for her he knew she'd enjoy going first for a while.

He was thankful he had been paying attention to his sister's pace, her sudden stop would not be interrupted by the boy who would slow to a halt behind her, just as curious as he looked over her shoulder to see what it was she'd found herself staring at. She'd question him as his bright blue eyes found the form of the creature. "A deer. Food." He'd get a wicked smile to play across his features. "Not that we could catch that one in particular." He'd resort to whispering now.
