Stupid festival. What on earth was the point of all of this, crowding a bit of land with a bunch of strangers, him included when they all could have been at home probably doing better things. Apparently this could be a learning curve as well, the healers all identifying some of the plants they used and sharing their uses though Sorrel still wasn't sure that he particularly wished to participate. Not for the first time he wished his mother was here, she would have been the most experienced healer in Threar and leading this little gathering otherwise. There was another healers in Threar now too, just because he had been here the longest did it really have to fall on his shoulders? Oh well, he might as well get this all over and done with. A rather short howl called the healers to the little gathering and the irritable boy sat and waited for their arrival.

Healers, do you know your plants? Take a look at this little selection and see if you can identify which plant is which. Most come from the guidebook though there are a few additional plants on the list as well.

You don't need to but you can post your characters turning up, though do not include your answers in these posts, send those by PM to Sorrel's account by 10th May 2AM Ala time. Even if you have multiple healers, please only only guess the once though feel free to bring them all into the thread. Afterwards I'll announce the winners here and we officially begin an actual little discussion/lesson for the group so the healers have some IC bonding and learning time too.

Integra pulled away from watching the fighters head off to the battlefield. She was sorely tempted to join in but when they returned from their spars there was a chance that some would need medical assistance. Her interest in medicinal herbs was far greater than her desire to engage in battle and so she took to resting and watching the other wolves while she waited for the healers to meet. Integra vaguely wondered if any of her siblings would come as well though they seemed to have withdrawn more into their little group than she had. Lost in thought Integra almost missed the short call that summoned the healers together. Springing to her feet she bounded to the source of the call, an older, rather grumpy looking male. Head cocked to the side for a moment before she quietly sat in front of him. "Good afternoon, I'm Integra Armada." ""

Rhythm would make her way towards the sound of her cousin's call, she'd known about Sorrel's interest in healing for a while but she'd never really gotten around to studying with him as much as she liked. Rhythm would take the opportunity today though, her dark delicate paws carried her easily to where it looked like he was grudgingly holding a lesson. Novella had told her that he was less than social, surely he hated every second of this. Her bright blue and purple gaze would also fall on the young Integra, she'd been quite knowledgeable at the training session she'd held in Imperium not so long ago. She'd offer the girl a nod of greeting as she moved to where Sorrel stood. "Enjoying your time as a teacher, Sorrel?" She'd ask with amusement in her voice, she wasn't trying to tease him but what else were cousins for? ""
