Astrea yawned her pale eyes glancing around the area. A lot of wolves seemed to have met her elder brother. When did he go around and introducing himself? That was really neighborly of him. But then again, being a pack other wolves where now going to seek them out now.
She yawned again, hardly able to keep her eyes open, it was late... or early depending on who you where. For her? She only had about an hour of rest so the crash was close upon her but first, there was a she-wolf who the star child wanted to see. It seems that Astrea and Glacier where not the only ones making moves on a prospective mate, Volt seemed to have found someone for himself. She smiled, happy for him, volt deserved happiness but first she would meet this girl; just like her elder brother meet Astrea's boy.
With a quick shake of the head, the star dusted girl got to her paws. She dodged bodies and she slowly moved to where the gray girl stood with her bird companion. Astrea eyed the bird, thinking that maybe she should get a friend like that, someone to keep her company when Ten was not with her. She hummed, liking that idea but knowing that would have to wait for later.
She moved quickly, still dodging the other guests and stopped close the slightly smaller female. She hummed as she sat close to the female but still enough away to not be in her personal space. Lifting her paw to the opal on her chest she tilted her head giving another yawn. "So you and my brother huh?" She hummed a bit louder, a small happy sound, if anyone deserved love it was Voltage. "I am Astrea, by the way." She blinked and looked at the female. Something was a bit off about the woman, and as Astrea looking into her eyes she knew. The gray girl was blind. She hummed again.
Many things could be learned without the ability to see, things you could not notes with the ability, but even with that thought Astrea was a bit sad for her. The star child looked up at the sky then, knowing that she would not be able to see the things she loved most but not being able to see then at all? That would make her sad. But then again this girl had never had the pleasure of seeing the small balls of fire in the sky, and Astrea knew that ignorance was sometimes a blessing.
The star dusted girl shook her head, knowing the other woman would not see her expansion and was thankful for it in more ways then one. So instead of dwelling on the sad truth of blindness Astrea instead asked, "How are you enjoying the party?"
