Away from the pack lands, she might have been a little bit more relaxed. Things with Quelt were going well, as she swung her hips across these hills. Stopping for a moment to check for sources of noise. Nothing..... this place was extremely quiet. Limno had never experienced something like this before, and as unsettling as it was she shrugged her shoulders and continued on. Her tail flicked a little, giving a small hum to herself. Perhaps it would be best to return home, but exploring this area would be nice as well.
Limno placed her nose to the ground, sniffing the barren place that was free of any animals. What secret lay in these lands. Was there some sort of beast haunting the place, or otherwise a lone wolf who just wanted to stay here away from others. You never knew who or what you would run into. At times like this, Limno was only more and more curious. Perhaps it would make her a better hunter if she looked more around, if by the off chance she found a piece of prey she would be able to catch it.
ooc: Exploration thread with a bit of a twist. I'd say two wolves are allowed to join! Gonna use this for navigation points.

Locha did not like this place. Not at all. The land was completely parched and there were no clouds in the sky. Even though it was Winter, the sun beat viciously down onto her dark furred back. It went completely against her nature to be here. Her fur prickled up on her back and her shoulders were tense. All she wanted in that moment was to be beside a lake, or home by the sea, or at least to have someone else on this horrible journey.
She had decided to go on a little adventure on her own, seeing as home was pretty quiet without Voltage there. She could't wait until he returned. With siblings or without, there was still Gaia to get to know. She shook her head from her thoughts of home and her brother as her eyes caught the figure of another wolf. Relief washed over her as her paws changed course in the sand. Once she'd caught up a little she shouted over with a smile, "Hey there! Is it just me or is it way too hot for Winter?"
