Bacchus found himself wandering once more, this time it was oddly a lot farther from home than he'd ever gone on his own. His feet had a mind of their own and he'd let himself follow them with little reservations. Eventually he'd come to an interesting forest, there were beautiful willows and fresh streams. Added the winter season and the snow and ice that covered everything and it was truly paradise. He'd be distracted by the beauty around him and didn't pay any mind to the other wild life that might have taken residence within this serene forest. It was silent, a silence only snow could bring. Even his giant feet would make hardly as sound as he sunk into the fresh layer of precipitation. Now if only he could share this scene with Absinthe it would have been perfect. ""

The little girl took to the snowy landscape with relish, jumping from one pile of snow to another as she laughed with the freedom around her. She was soaking wet and covered in sparkling flecks of snow that added another layer of shinning silver to the flecks naturally in her coat already. Her loving Aunt didn't seem to mind her antics, nor the zig-zag path she let them on into the unknown. Her paws wold bring her to the Weeping Woods, where the trees swayed with the music of the wind, even weighed down as they where by the thick layer of snow that clung mercilessly to their branches. She also didn't notice the silence of the woods, it was winter after all and most of the critters had either fled to warmer climates or dug themselves in to wait out the colder weather. The little girl would pause from her antics long enough to look at Rhythm “Are there any herbs unique to this forest?” she asked with curiosity. "speech"

text Shaye was absolutely joyous, she was jumping around and having a fantastic time leading the way. Rhythm's lithe form would keep up with her niece's long legs as they made their journey deeper south. They hadn't found food yet but they were getting there, first though i seemed this new place needed to offer its secrets. The forest was completely silent and she was very much unsure if this was where they found their prey anyway. Shaye stopped long enough to ask her aunt a quick question, Rhythm was impressed she'd stayed still for that long. "Well, there's lots of willow bark. Do you remember the uses for that?" she'd ask before taking a moment to sit down and look at said tree. ""
