Isolde had been here a couple of days now and she seemed to be settling in rather nicely. He figured that she knew her way even vaguely around the lands though she still followed him around and was rather reluctant to leave his side at the moment. He wasn't aware that this was due to a fear of his brother, but whatever the reasoning was behind it Soliloquy simply knew he didn't mind it too much at all, he was certainly enjoying her company.

There were of course times where he felt like he needed a little space, sharing a den whilst was rather wonderful with the russet beauty at his side had been rather strange at first. He had moved out of his mother's rather swiftly as a pup, desperate to be a grown up like his brother. This idolisation of Scorpion had certainly started from a rather young age something it seemed that he was rather unable to break. He was overeating of course with this feeling of neglect, perhaps a part of him feared Scorpion would suddenly leave again as he had in Uroril.

He had found some time to himself for a while however. Isolde was still sleeping as he slipped out of the den to stretch his legs, perhaps he would bring her back something to eat he had no plan for the moment though he certainly intended on spending more time with his prize later.

He?d let himself out of the den early that day, his form slipping from Othello?s grasp. He?d felt so close to her since the day he?d brought Atka home, the revelation he?d given her almost taking himself by surprise. It really shouldn?t have though, he knew how much he cared for her but voicing it was something odd. Still, he?d get her off his mind by going to search for his brother, hopefully his glittering jewel would be as fast asleep as Othello. Bright yellow eyes would catch sight of the pale boy setting out of his den, Isolde would not follow. Scorpion would smirk as he approached, wanting to drive his brother off course of whatever he was doing. "Hey, what are you doing?" He?d nudge his shoulder somewhat roughly, "Got a bit of time to talk?" He wanted to go over his thought?s about Othello?s idea.

Soliloquy certainly hadn't anticipated his brother's company, not quite so close to his den anyway. It wouldn't been strange to see him out of course though, if he wasn't jumping ahead of himself, Soliloquy would have guessed that Scorpion was seeking him out. The larger male would smirk as he nudged into him, the contact unexpected and despite his efforts to remain rooted the surprise of the shove would make him take a step back.

"Nothing much." Soliloquy responded, it was the truth and he would make time for his brother of course. He would nod, assuring him he could talk though he was certainly curious as to why Scorpion wanted the conversation in the first place. "What about?" He enquired.

Soliloquy would yield at his touch, the movement causing the boy to step back unexpectedly. He respond to the questioning shortly, obviously his plans were not so important as his brother. Scorpion would give him space, long legs backpedaling only a few paces while his brother asked what the concern was. He?d smirk, like he?d already accomplished all that he was about to promise the boy. "Nothing less than your, future." he?d tease, narrowing his eyes as he built up a bit of suspense. "How would you like to be an alpha, little brother?" He?d tilt his head curiously, offering the boy the position on a silver platter. If no pack was worthy of his presence, he would take what he needed to prove his family?s greatness.

It was about time the family had some sort of goal again, yes they were surviving as loners and it was certainly better than being part of some pathetic pack going nowhere though Soliloquy had been given a small taste of power and responsibility. He could handle it he was sure, though he was of course rather distracted by other things at the moment and the thought hadn't crossed his mind for a while.

Scorpion however had much bigger ideas than Soliloquy had even considered. The initial explanation didn't help too much other than through gathering the boy's complete attention and curiosity. What was his brother planning now? The words would be spoken and the younger Destruction would still have no immediate reaction. Was he serious? "An alpha." He would repeat the words as if needing confirmation with how bluntly this offer had suddenly been put out there. "Anyone would be a fool to say no." Although of course sometimes there were fools who had said yes. "What are you planning?" He needed more information still. That simple teasing comment simply wasn't enough.

He?d not let himself feel the draw of ambition for some time now, he?d become complacent with the keeping of his family. They deserved so much more than the rogue life he was giving them, they were royalty they deserved to be treated as such. They were too good to live within lands that were open to any rif raff to traipse through whenever they wanted. As proof to his point another family had taken up residence within the old farm. As his brother took in the blunt offer Scorpion would watch as a bit of an uncertainty would come over the boy. He wouldn?t question the offer, but he would certainly question the plan involved. The smirk upon his marked features would widen with the question though, "Simple, take what we deserve. There are no packs worthy of our presence, we will create our own." With his brother?s help he knew there would be not an issue. He?d already brought him one gem, what was to say he would not find more?

The plan would be as simple as that, Scorpion wished to create his own pack. Soliloquy certainly felt of all his siblings it was Scorpion that was the most qualified for such a role, the older male had certainly been a good mentor to him as he grew up and had quickly proven himself worthy of a high rank during their time in Covari when opportunities to rise hadn't been dependant upon blood. Of course he was just as guilty as Uroril wolves for feeling his blood was more important than many of theirs and Scorpion would prove that now. He wouldn't let some old tradition keep a pack alive when the rulers weren't worthy of it, he would prove the superiority of the Destruction family, how wonderful they were now. "What needs to be done?" He was definitely in on this plan. How long would it be before another Destruction held power in these lands?

Of course Soliloquy was right, they were no better than the wolves of Uroril to believe that their blood was superior. However in their instance it was obviously true. Uroril was dying, while the rise of the Destructions was imminent. He?d grin evilly as he watched Soliloquy realize how close greatness was. Literally it stood within their grasp at that very moment. He could feel how close they were, how easy success would be. The pale boy would again ask his question, more information very much obviously needed about their endeavor. "We need more wolves we can trust. We need to gather our lost siblings and put them in their positions of power." They?d been astray for far too long, now would be the time to reunite them and bring the family to greatness.

The family had been rather spread out. They had all left Uroril he was certain none had bothered to return to that pack so they had to be around somewhere. Poem had travelled here with them, apparently Series and Ballad had too as Scorpion said they would need to find them all. He would give an understanding nod of his head. "I assume we will be gathering them here?" Would it be a permanent home for them? He wasn't sure but it would be pointless moving from one temporary home to another. Especially with Scorpion's band of children.

It hurt him to know how widely the siblings had spread, though he knew very well that it was partially his fault for not keeping track of them. He?d gotten completely caught up in his own gain and had dismissed the bonds of family. He knew how important it would be to get them all together though, more than ever they needed to be the strong unit they were always meant to be. Soliloquy would further enquire about his new duties, assuming the Range would be their rally point. Othello had suggested they stayed there as well, and he had no real drive to move anywhere else. The lands were easily sustainable, and proved to house packs well already. "Yes. We will keep this place for ourselves."

Scorpion would confirm Soliloquy's suspicions the Range would continue to be their home. He had no real attachments to any particular place in Alacritia, certainly had no preference really to where they would call home this would work perfectly fine, they knew the lands after all it made sense to stay put. They'd either have to recruit or kick out the other family living here. Soliloquy hadn't actually spoken to them at all yet though he knew there were around, perhaps now or soon would be the opportunity to inform them of the changes around here. "What of those other rogues. Do we try speak to them, see if they are worthy of recruiting when the time comes?" It would be a potentially bad idea to inform them too early of their plans, no they just needed to be neighbourly, or at least appear to be as they assessed them.

There would be no protest from the boy at the thought of keeping themselves within the Range. His kids knew this place, why wouldn?t they just stay here? Soliloquy would bring up a very valid point, what would they do with the rogues that shared their lands? Were they worthy of being in the pack, would they even wish to keep themselves within their borders? He wasn?t quite sure why he was so concerned about them now, they were hardly out and about as their family was. "We?ll see about them I suppose, I wouldn?t advise approaching them yet but certainly keep your eye on them." He had no reason to trust or distrust this other family, so for now they would be treated neutrally.

Fellow Destructions were evidently far more important that the strange family living so close by but it surely wouldn't hurt to gain other numbers beyond blood. Of course not simply accepting and inviting everyone to the pack, there were standards that would have to be lived up to though after all. It wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on them and work out if they were potentially worthy. Another nod would be given to show he followed and would obey the guidelines that Scorpion had set. Both families had kept out of each others way so far so it seemed unlikely they would disturb them anyway.
