The girl had grown used to the outside world by now, her childish fears left behind in that stupid ship. She had gotten away from her parents, maybe not for long but it was her dream to be alone with her brother. She didn't need anyone else, all she needed was him.

As Zola walked briskly around in the morning sun, a few clouds closing the skies as it did most the time in the north. And just as she saw the first few spots of snow, she would turn to look back at her brother.

"Look, look Lian!" She would take off, leaping through the snow that was on the ground in excitement, eyes onto the sky. "Isn't it beautiful?"

She had probably seen these flurries a hundred times. But she loved the snow, she was born in the snow. She saw beauty in it every time it fell.

They'd eventually achieved their goal, the pair had long been with out Lel and Jian in their life, and their success was easy in both young wolves appearances. They were fit, well fed, and quite content. With Zola at his side Lian felt complete, he didn't want for anything and they just wasted their days away discovering the next pretty sight. Though the snow was no unfamiliar sight his sister still had no problem getting excited about the fluffy white stuff.

He'd follow after her in the early morning, smiling brightly as she exclaimed back at him. He'd chuckle lightly as he followed after her a bit less enthused. "Not as beautiful as you," He'd admit cheesily. Lian was gruff around strangers, but with Zola he could be that cute fuzzy teddy bear that lingered deep down inside of him.

Looking back at him with a wide grin, she would giggle at his cheesy response, still making her feel like a princess. Zola too had a harsh attitude towards most stranger, but being by Lian since the moment she was born had given them an unbreakable relationship.

Swishing her tail to try and tap at his shoulder, she would look ahead of them to see some sort of odd structure. "Ooo, look!" She would repeat looking back again at her brother, "Let's go see what it is." She had obviously long broken out of her security shell, but she would still look into Lian's eyes as if asking permission, or at least asking him to come with her. She may had lost that fear, but she still didn't want to be alone. At least not without Lian.

He'd receive a giggly response from her and he'd grin back. At least she got a kick out of it, that was the point right? With out much effort she swatted him with her tail affectionately her eyes finding purchase long before his. His bright gaze wouldn't hesitate to seek it out, curious what they might find over there. Not that he really had much choice, he wouldn't deny her anything she wanted. "Lets!" She was long past her fear of the world, now she grabbed life by the horns and rode it like a pro. He'd grin at her before taking up a long stride towards it. He didn't intent on a race but if that was what she wanted he would oblige.

Her face then changing to an eager, challenging grin, she wouldn't hesitate to turn and take off in this "non-intentional" race. Running toward the weird structure that had began to look like a weird hole-den type thing. She wouldn't stop until she approached the opening, whether Lian was ahead of her or behind her. She was more intent on this new place they had never seen before.

She would look down at the metal tracks, cracked and broken, though she had no clue what they were or what their purpose was. Looking to her brother she would enter the cave and approach a cart that had fallen off the track and was leaning against the wall. She would jump up and wrap her front legs around the edges of the cart, sticking her face in and smelling the inside of it. Coming back out, she would sneeze from the dirt and dust and turn back to Lian.

"What do you think this is?"

Wonder had filled her voice. She couldn't help but think about that time they had tried to hunt a crab on the beach near their ship. Just like her curiosity had led her to letting the crab pinch her nose, the dust in this place was making her sneeze. She was surely growing onto this world, and Lian would  be there every step along the way.
