It is only the eerie cry of a man beckoned to his death that can weep with such profound concord; seeping his verdict upon the listeners of those who had offered their loyalties. Impending battle tugs at shuddering sinew as he loiters, awaiting the returning acknowledgement of his people, or lack of. Regardless of triumph tonight, Indarra would be no more ? at least not here, not in Alacritis. Though he is aged, he does not seek to settle; no, he hungers more than can ever truly be offered. Saliva pools feverishly upon cherry silicone, soul finally comforted by the offering of death ? whether it was he or his nemesis remained unknown, but it mattered little. Whether in spirit or continued existence, Isardis would not return; and thus he marches to a one-man war in satisfied bliss.

ooc; pack is disbanded! isardis just let out a call so they'd all know - reply if you want, but eh. <3

Melancholy howl rose from the heart of Indarra following that of the challenge. There was no mistaking the intention. The northern king was releasing his hold on the lands of Indarra and regardless of the outcome of the death match the pack was to be disbanded. Drashiel felt his heart sink. Was this what D?gmar had meant about the fickleness of fate? One moment he was on top, heir to a kingdom, at last being trained by his father. Now he was at risk of loosing them both. Drashiel supposed a kingdom could be built easily enough or claimed but a cold, sharp stone settled in his stomach at the thought of the fight to the death. A kingdom could be replaced. His father could not.

Drashiel stepped over the border into the Polar Sound. Outwardly he appeared strong and composed but inside he felt nervous and uncertain. But it would be disgraceful to show this side of him to Isardis before so a duel. Drashiel would show nothing but confidence in his fathers skills and decisions. "Father? should you survive I wish to follow you." Drashiel made his request to the albino king hoping it would not be rebuked. More and more he was finding little in Alacritis to hold his attention. "If you fall I will carry your legends to other lands and show them the harsh beauty of winter's kingdom."

So swiftly she would dance towards the call; her steps light and her mind intrigued. Though, there was no denying how unsettled she felt. For how could you find comfort in a man who sought the Albino kings head? S'alkrie didnt have to travel long, it took only a minute or so to see two looming figures, and it would seem no big crowd would show. The placid babe had always respected Isardis, so much so that she had always looked up to him, blood or not; wishing to be just like him. But it would seem she didnt have the courage to be anything like. It was silence that would wrap around her, though finally her ruby gaze would land upon Drashiel. She froze, shocked and almost afraid of being utterly alone. Perhaps she was to fragile, but the thought of loosing the one wolf she held close to her heart crushed her. She would attempt to close the distance between them, hoping that they could put there falling out aside. The snowy dame would aim to brush her small crown softly against his shoulder. Wishing to be close to him one last time. " I never thought i would loose you..." Her voice was soft and calm, though her emotions where only beginning to crack the surface. Perhaps it was for the best, the two men before her where destined for far greater things, and it would seem they had outgrown Alacritis. " Ill miss you Drash" She would let out a heavy sigh, hoping she'll find something worth her while in his absence.
