His wanderings drove him further east as winter put its claim on the land. He was determined to find some herbs to hide away before winter choked the earth from them. The Plains he had visited during summer had been fruitless, especially since he was being attacked by countless mosquitos and flies that would not let him be in peace. As he walked along the rapids, a scent he never thought he'd come across grew closer. Honestly, he knew nothing of the packs that resided in the lands of this continent. Were they anything like the packs in his homeland? The packs in southern Alacritia seemed almost hostile to most...at least his was. But they had been wiped from the earth like a too quick question on a white board.

He walked on, a slow march closer to the borders. Perhaps he would stop and ask if maybe they could help him secure what he sought to store away. He knew the herb he was looking for liked to make its home around temperate climates such as this, near ever present water sources. And with the rapids constant motion, he might just find it here. Pausing several feet from the border, pearlescent gaze peered curiously across the borders. If this pack turned out to be hostile, he was sure he could fight them off and make his escape. But hopefully, it wouldn't come down to that. Tilting his head, he would respectfully call for someone, anyone, who might give him aid this season.

"Listen to me talk," 'and know my thoughts.'

Ears pulled forward at the sound of the strangers call, there was something different about it than most who howled at his borders. The creature seemed to be calling for the whole pack, for anyone, not just the alpha. Brows knitted together and he rose up and slowly made his way towards the caller, trying to wrap his brain around it all. Hopefully he wasn't hurt and calling for aide, because that was the only thing that he could think of at the moment. Letting out a huff, he neared the borders of the rapids, very easily picking out the wolf's multihued coat on a swatch of pale white. Mm, interesting. The only one that he had really seen who was that colourful was Calypsie, but she was dominated by blue while this male held a rainbow across his back. Realizing that he was staring, he cleared his throat. "Greetings, I am Bass Destruction. I am Azat of Abaven, or alpha by a more known name. What brings you here today?" He asked softly, head tilting to the side.
