Lost forever. They were words he never wanted to happen. The echoes of his godmother stuck in his head, and it sadenned him pained him so about the talk with Holly. What was he doing here in these caves looking for her anyway? That didn't matter, if he forced himself enough to show her that he was here for her then maybe she would understand how much he DID care. He purposefully sought her out. He highly doubted she would call him, she was too hurt. Somehow, in some way he had to prove to her he was here. She wasn't alone. Rivaxorus stood at the edges of the caves looking at the swamp. Raising his head he called for her, he called for his sister.
She knew she had been having a rough time as it was within her pack. Borealis was on a thin line, but what made a pack was its members. The alpha was simply at the front - so perhaps it was also his own fault for not staying for what happened. Zephyra had thought the same. Painfully he lowered his head, shuffled a little underneath the cloudy sky. Had he lost his sister forever, or was there something he could do to protect the ones he loved. |
