The tri colored woman had just crossed the boarder of Vyper, still covered in her own dried blood from the spar she had used to get as much of her frustration out as possible. She couldn't take it out on the witch woman without having to worry about hurting her pups or being tossed aside for the second time by Xeph. She hadn't bothered to wash the blood away, but she wasn't worried about the blood temporarily staining her mostly snowy pelt. Her intention was to find Armai after she stubbornly showed someone else she could handle herself, but she would have to make it a bit further into the territory than just the boarder for that she was sure.

She specifically wanted Xephyris to know that she could handle the rank she had asked for. Both her blood and the blood of the other she wolf coated her muzzle while her neck looked like someone had attempted to kill her...when in all reality she was positive that if they had hated one another like she hated Limno then they would have both bled to death right there on the battle field. She was also sure the only wolves that would come looking where ones that were looking to the other woman. She refused to believe that any one here actually cared about a woman they essentially knew nothing about. Granted Jaelle seamed to have respect for her, she wasn't sure the gypsy woman liked her beyond that.

Her every move as she followed the silver man's trail along the boarder was taken with caution. Every move of her right forelimb and shoulder sent pain through her neck where the deep, just shy of severe, punctures had been made. She was sure that the other woman's leg, where she had made her own just shy of severe punctures, was just as bothersome.

When her turquoise gaze finally landed on the man she was looking for her emotions hit her all at once. She hadn't seen him since the meeting and she had left to look for a fight as soon as it had ended. At first she was happy to see him alone, but when she moved to trot to him her neck so kindly reminded her why she had left the territory for a few days. Her eyes would go cold again and then her mask would slid into place with ease, with the acceptance of the wince she had almost every time she moved to quickly.
She would let out a sharp bark to get his attention but would regret it just as much and just as quickly as she had attempting to do anything but walk slowly.

Xephyris had been wandering the borders rather slowly, a little tired as of late, adjusting to his role and taking care of the woman that carried his pups. Not only that, but he had so much on his mind, and so many others that he needed to talk to and keep track of as well. So when Soleil called out to him, it jolted him out of a deep train of thought he almost hadn't realized he was in. Perhaps he had more been zoning out than anything, following the path along the border that was now familiar to him. He could walk it in his sleep. He turned to her, a somewhat wistful smile upon his face, although his brows quickly came together in worry as he noticed the blood staining her coat. He stopped dead, turning fully toward her and closing the distance between them as dread filled him, along with other emotions he couldn't identify. "Soleil, what happened to you?" he asked her, still not sure and ever frustrated that she might not fully understand him, "Where have you been? Who did this to you?" Silver eyes searched frantically over her pelt, wondering what could have happened. Had she met someone at the border and fought them off? Or had she been ambushed somewhere beyond pack territory? It hadn't occurred to him that maybe she had gone looking for this fight, that she had meant for it to happen.

He wanted to press his nose into her fur, to search her wounds and see the extent of the damage, but he knew things were changing. He couldn't so freely just invade her space, touch her as he once had, in the days that their scents had been mingled together. It stung him somewhat to have to hold back, but he didn't want to upset her any more than he already had. Yet, he didn't know if it hurt her more to keep this cold space between them, or to respect the distance. Blue-speckled silver eyes searched her face, looking to that turquoise gaze of hers, that had once felt so warm and intriguing, yet now felt so cold to look into. What did she want from him? Could he ever possibly be what she desired, or was this simply futile?

It appeared that she had shocked him out of some kind of zoned out trance only to have him turn around, first with a smile and then concern. In a way she was glad he had been happy to see her only to be instantly worried about her. Though immensely confused, she couldn't help but to remember the way they had been before the brown woman just had to come along and ruin it all. She wished she could shut of her emotions, wished there was some kind of switch that made this cold mask she wore more than just a mask. Unfortunatly for her there was no such switch and she still loved the stupid fool that stopped dead in his tracks to turn and close the distance between them. To bombard her with questions she barely understood and to more closely examine her wounds while being careful not to touch her.

As he shot questions at her, Soleil's brows would draw together as her ears perked forward in concentration. Though she only spoke a few English words, if she concentrated hard enough she could remember what a lot of the words meant. It took a lot of focus and a lot of time spent listening to others talk to understand any of it much less speak the few words she could pronounce with little to no problem. Though the questions were spoken in full she could knew a few broken parts aside from her name. Her turquoise gaze staid locked on him as she stumbled over a few words in an attempt to answer him. "S-spar, Battle...field, S-spar part..ner." though they were only one word answers she was sure they answered his questions.

Her emotions were a jumbled mess within her. She hated him and loved him, her heart wanted his touch while her mind warned against it. She hated knowing what she wanted while also knowing she couldn't have it. Hell she couldn't help but wonder if some part of him actually regretted his choice or if he just didn't give a damn simply because her heart ruled her head but the feeling of betrayal ruled them both and kept her distant and wary but not so distant that she could keep herself from trying to steal him back.
