Alpha Absence Updates

From this point on (January 16th, 2017) if an alpha is going to be absent you MUST edit your alpha check with a link to your absence post, in the 'pack page edit' section. A staff member shouldn't have to check the boards every time we do a check, it is your prerogative to make sure that we are aware you are gone for that week. The same thing applies for an alpha partnership and one alpha is away. It is in your best interest to make sure we don't forget to look and fail you, so from now on if your absence post in not edited in you run the risk of failing that week.

In the case of your absence extending to the week after the check, please either note what day you will be returning on or PM a staff member.
