Well, now, this was interesting. All around the silvery masked canine, mushrooms. But not just any mushrooms, oh no. Amaguq was quite familiar with mushrooms, and he was certain that these particular fungi, he had not seen before. Different shapes and sizes, and all glowing. Glowing. Each shroom gave off a strange, eerie blue-green glow, giving light to the otherwise darkness of the cave. Amaguq had been investigating the cavern, curious, wondering if he could ever form a pack here. For he would, one day, lead his own band of thieves. The silver wolf snorted at the thought. Many others considered him a thief, even if he only stole in order to provide for those would weren't able to. Ah, well. Amaguq was happy to have the label, to be able to continue practicing his trickery. He wondered if someone was playing a trick on him now, but as he looked around at the large amount of glowing mushrooms, he doubted it. There were far too many.

Finally, Ama began moving again, deeper into the cavern. His silver and coffee pelt glowed with a blue tint from the light of the mushrooms. He wondered if these shrooms would react as others did. If he ate them, would he see things? Hear things? Feel things? He couldn't help but grin at the thought. However, as he paused again to sniff at one, he decided against it. Who knew what caused this fungi to glow? If it were poisonous, then Amaguq could no longer do his good deeds. One couldn't aid those who needed it if one were dead. Amaguq didn't believe in an afterlife, and didn't believe any ancestors or gods - lowercase 'g' - were watching over him. Or anybody. So much suffering... What loving god would allow it? So it was up to Ama to do "god's" work, to fix what was broken about the world he lived in. Sure, he was doing it in a roundabout way, but he was still helping others. That was what mattered.

Act. "Speak." Think.

The cr?me colored fae walked through the cavern. She was new to this land, and seeing the caverns was something that was unfamiliar to this dame. Her orange color at the top of her form was made more darker in this cavern as she entered it. Going further into the depths of the cavern, she was not sure if she would be coming out of the cavern once more. The dame did not wish to die in here, after only being here for a couple days at least. Her topaz optics shimmered as her eyes made out what looked like mushrooms. Mushrooms never did that, as far as she knew, she her light colors could be seen once more, a smile upon her face when she saw her light pelt once more, swishing her tail happily.

But, she could tell that she was not alone. Someone else was in the cavern with her, but, he or she could not be seen. Were they in the deeper parts of the cavern? Or, did she just not look hard enough to make out the other wolf's presence. She placed her snout into the air, sniffing the air as she followed scent of the unknown wolf, soon stopping when she was sure that the wolf was close by and could sense her presence.

The dame set her haunches down upon the stone ground and waited, tail thumping. She was not sure why her tail would be thumping happily when the wolf could not be seen or known as a friend or foe. A slight grin would crease upon her maw, and she closed her eyes calmly as she waited to see if the wolf would appear, and if it did, if it would simply let her live and talk with her or kill her just as soon as she could be made out.

Every tiny click of his black nails seemed to echo in the seemingly endless cavern, every breath coming back to meet his ears much louder than he'd intended. It was impossible to remain silent in the glowing cave. But Amaguq was not concerned with that at the moment. He doubted anyone was even inside the caves, and even if they were, what were they going to do? Amaguq was not a weak, bony little runt. He was not the largest of beasts, but his lean and moderately muscled form was more than enough, in his mind, to take care of any aggressive creatures lurking in the damp darkness. Ama's mind began to drift from the caves, thinking about how he would officially begin his quest for a band of thieves. He would need to be careful about what canines he decided to choose. They would need to be practiced in the art of stealth, and yes, even in the art of thieving and deceiving. But they would also need to be compassionate souls, who desired to help those who needed the help. And they would need to be loyal. Loyal to him, loyal to the Code that Ama would provide for them. Loyalty and compassion were a lot to ask for from thieves.

His musings were interrupted by a new scent. Beyond the musty mildew scent of the damp cavern, the scent of the outside world, of sun and grass. And the scent of a wolf, a female. Amaguq paused, nose twitched and ears swerving. But the wolf fae made no noise. Curious, and eager to see another lady, the silver brute turned his lean body around, retracing his steps, for the scent surely came from behind him. His suspicions were correct. Rounding a final corner, rich mocha orbs landed on her bulky frame, the blue-green light from the mushrooms casting eerie shadows and giving her pelt a rather frighteningly delicious glow. Ama couldn't be sure of her exact colors in the darkness of the cave, even with the mushrooms' glows, but he could see that the lower half of her body was a creamy off-white, and the upper half seemed to be a pale tan. Under the shadowy cover, away from the pale light, Ama allowed his eyes to roam over the female's curvy figure. As he stepped further into the light, however, he kept his gaze on the lady's face. Smiling in a way that seemed both polite and cocky, the pale brute nodded his head. "And here I was thinking that I would forever be lost to the cavern alone. It's nice to have some company, finally. Even better that my company is one as lovely as yourself." His tone was soft, voice low, though still his words echoed all around them. "I am Amaguq."

Act. "Speak." Think.
