The young male hadn't wanted to make his parents worry by leaving the packlands... but Gods above he couldn't understand why Viho hadn't been found yet. It was tearing Ronen up inside, and so the brute had tried to take matters into his own paws. But what Ronen hadn’t counted on was getting lost in the sandy dunes he found himself in now. He couldn’t figure out which way was which… and the young brute was getting tired and hot with the spring sun beating down on him here. Ron wore a worried look… his heart had been in the right place but now what if he got lost just like his brother had? What if some stranger came and took him away? Maybe this wasn’tsuch a bright idea...

From the time his uncle arrived at the meeting he had been antsy and extremely concerned. Not one, but two of his children were now missing and his uncle looked worried and worn. Laisren had already searched the intimidate areas by the pack looking for Viho and the searches had come up dry. He had been considering starting further and expanding his efforts to find his little cousin. Now that Ron was missing Laisren feared that someone was trying his plans, on their own. The tall male had left immediately after the meeting, after explaining to Rassie what he was doing. He wondered if maybe he should have spoke to Regulus first, but he feared that he was wasting time to get to Ron before someone else did.

He was unprotected and Lais knew vary well what dangers could be out there, especially after what had happened to Marina. So the young male started where Ron had last been seen and swirled around the area for a while before picking up the now old scent trail. He fallowed it carefully, through the plains and into the Moore. It then continued traveling away from the pack lands. The young male had been on a mission and Lais was feeling bad that he hadn't headed off to look for Viho. Lais was only assuming that would be the reason for Ron leaving the pack territory.

It took him a while to finally fallow the trail into the dunes. He hadn't been to the dunes much only briefly when checking to see if Viho had been through here. He keep his pace even as he continued on, the trail getting stronger by the second making his hopes grow that he was in plenty of time to keep his younger cousin safe. Then he saw the boy, sticking out like a sore thumb in this sea of tan color. Picking up his base the tall male quickly tried to close the distance.

"Ronan are you okay?" he called out as he continued to close the distance.

What was worse; being lost in some deserted area or being found by a packmate who would surely bring you back home before you completed your task? The boy flinched as Lais’ voice, turning his head towards his cousin with a whine. No… no no no! He was okay, well, sort of! “I uh…” Ron bit his lip. The boy knew he wasn’t hard to see in this terrain… there was no point in trying to act like Lais hadn’t seem him. Best to just come clean. He flicked his ears back, yellow and blue eyes flicking to his cousin. “Lais… I can’t go home.” He said, though his voice wavered a bit. “Viho’s been gone too long… He needs back up… I’m sure of it!”
