Out Of Your League

It was the middle of the night and the brute didn't know why he was even up. He was always so tired in the morning... And he was never out and about late at night, he enjoyed his sleep. Mammon was probably cold back in their den, but he was being sure that she would remain there and not disturb her.

He swam out of the island, hitting the light sands on the shore. Once he was about knee deep, he gave his large body a heavy shake with some huffing and puffing. It was still rather cold out to be summer, being the dead of night didn't help either. He stood in the water a couple moments before exiting and sitting down facing away from the ocean.

It gave the boy butterflies in his stomach knowing that there were a few packs around their haven. All the ruckus he could cause, the evils he could do... He just wanted to make someone's skin crawl. They probably wouldn't even know if he slipped inside their boarders right now...

But he wouldn't. He was just here to get off that island, a reason unknown. He would return to his Ava before she woke; hopefully she wouldn't notice he had been gone to begin with.
