From the research I did I can't find anywhere that says that a spotted hyena would be shorter than about 30 inches. Please choose an animal that would be shorter than 25 inches. If you have another source of information for the hight you have please link it.
Spec here, I accidentally typed spotted, I meant STRIPED x.x My bad... They're 2 - 2.6 feet in height. Spotted hyenas can be between 27 and thirty-some inches.
