Gwen blew out a deep breath, and couldn't help but glance back behind her towards the very distant Celestial. She hadn't wanted to leave her pups for this long, but as the Right Wing it was her duty to ensure the health and survival of the pack itself, which at the moment meant that she needed to be recruiting. They were desperately low on adult members, particularly with all the recent scarcities. She needed to pull the pack together. She also needed more members. She wasn't sure yet how to do the first, past mandating that they get together more often, perhaps assigning patrol partners though that would be difficult with so few adults available to patrol with. They were all on solo patrols at the moment, both for hunting and border patrol, which made it a much more dangerous occupation. With more members not only would they all be able to get more rest, they would be able to concentrate on working together.

To that end, she'd gotten a sitter for the pups and had taken the long trip up here to see if there were any rogues to be found. She wasn't going to trust to luck to drop a new member on their borders, no. She was going to come out here and spread word that they were actively recruiting. Pointing nose to the sky she howled, sending a message out seeking interested loners.
