Would Desiree ever forgive her? Was there a way that a Vi could show her that her purple nymph would always and forever be enough for her. No... There really wasn't... Vi had been sleeping alone as of late, having moved to a new den close to Orchid's for ease of access. Desiree had yet to decide if she was to join Vi and the red woman would not push her. Instead this morning she would rise, lifting herself with no visible skill onto three paws before shuffling out of her den and plopping herself down on her haunches. Sibelle was back, and though that brought joy to the red woman's heart it also brought some unforeseen issues. The pack was expanding more rapidly then she had ever thought possible and there were few hunters. Food would be an issue soon especially once winter came. Nevermind the fact that with Sibelle's downfall as queen came a rising threat right next door, no... Not even next door. It was right in their doorstep.

They needed to discuss what was to happen with that woman... A slow sigh would drop from her lips, eyes closing briefly before the woman threw back her skull, an easy howl stretching up to call for her comrades, to call for her pack. Come one come all. It was time to discuss business and to see the exact extent of their numbers. Just how much had they grown in Vi's absence? How many faces would make an appearance that she would not recognize? Would her wife come? Would there be a scene? Another sigh, another moment where she had to close her eyes and collect herself. Tendrils of darkness were beginning to grasp at the edges of her mind, searching out all the impure thoughts and threatening to allow them all to spill forth. A part of her tempted her to slip into the feeling, to let go but no, not yet. There was work to be done. TALK HERE

Carmine audits would perk forward atop her skull, her head rising from her paws to swing toward the direction of her mothers call as it seeped across the territory. Immediately she would unfold her legs and rise to her paws, magma hued eyes opening groggily as she peers out her dens opening. Sunshine shines brightly into her eyes, causing her to blink her eyelash encased eyes a few times before slithering out her dens opening. She would travel toward the heart of the pack on silent paws, ebony dipped tail dragging across the earth lazily as she made no attempt to raise it. Her mother would come into view shortly, her weight balancing on three legs, causing the girl to cock her head curiously. Had this been the price paid for their new ally? A worthless leg? Pitiful. She aimed to move directly toward her mother, a smile hinting at her velveteen lips as she attempts to gently press her cheek into her mothers forehead comfortingly. "I am here, mother."

She would lift her delicate body; dragging herself out of the den to waltz towards the call. Desiree had been hurt by the new discovery, but now it was all out in the open they could finally move on [ hopefully ] The purple nymph was happy that they committed no greater sin, who knows what'd happen between the queens if it did. The rani still loved her, and would make the effort to show it by attending. For the past few nights they had lived separate, perhaps it was to give Desire? space, but she wasnt quite sure. It only took a few minutes to find the small gathering, Seeing the queen waiting. It was still sad to see that one of Vi's legs werent functioning properly, but atleast she made no scene about it. Silently the Rani would meander to the centre, before closing into Viridiana in the hopes of softly leaning into her as a sign of forgiveness, as a sign of affection. Her gaze would trail of to meet Fia, looking upon how much she had grown, and her confidence radiating. Desiree had hopes for her, and was still keeping a close eye upon all of the children to see who would be the next future queen or king. A sigh would part her lips, before waiting for the arrival of everyone else.

He wasn't far behind when he arrived, the call had not awoken the teen, simply alerted him to the meeting and so he had turned from his little rabbit chase and headed towards the sound. His sister was already there as well as his mothers. A small smile would dance across the young boys lips as he approched, first nosing his sister's shoulder affectionately then flashing a warm smile to his mothers. "Moms..." It was an easy plural he had use his whole life, having still not learned that he was not technically related to Desiree. As he seated himself beside Fia he took note of Viridiana's leg, when had that happened? He didn't remember it happening at the challenge... What trouble was she getting into now? A sense of protectiveness washed over the young boy, who had dared to hurt his mother?

A familiar voice had pulled her from her den, the one place that she spent so much time lately. She needed to pull herself out of this hole. This was not her. Losing the pack had been one thing, but now Aeron had mysteriously returned and she still didn't know if she would ever let him back in. Russet limbs pulled her towards the source of the call at a leisurely pace. Others had already arrived but that didn't stop her from approaching Vi and Des with a smile, though it didn't touch her verdant gaze. The last time she had seen her friend, everything had come out into the open. Vi had a thing for Cru. Though the woman had no intention of ever leaving her mate, the news still stung. Her and Cru had slept together once, and nearly a second time.

The woman would seat herself near Vi, whether or not it was her proper place. Vi was her friend and always would be. Verdant gaze would scan the crowd, waiting for Crucifix to show his face. He had to have known. Vi did seem like the type to express feelings for someone unless they were returned in some way. He had to have known, and still led her on. Though she didn't understand her feelings for him, so he sure as hell didn't know she had feelings for him. But he did know that Vi was her friend. Lips threatened to curl back, but she maintained control, refusing to allow the rest of the pack to see her emotions. Ekko sat peacefully beside her, as always, and the russet woman found comfort in the quiet girls presence now.

Verdant gaze hardened, awaiting his familiar face. Ekko would have no idea what was going on, and was probably confused. Tension coiled her muscles as she relived the conversation that she and Vi had. He had known, he had cared for Vi, it was why he had backed away from her last time, when he had lied to her. Eyes narrowed to dangerous slits, her entire body rigid, but still as a statue. Where are you? Tongue rolled angrily behind fangs. Wounded or not, she was going to take from him what he had taken from her.

Disappointment filled her broad chest. She had been ready to join the red woman, but then a call had rang out. The golden woman had hidden the shadows, watching as the red Queen battled for both her life and her pack. In the end she lost, and now the lioness was homeless and her brother was missing. A frown tugged at her features, she had lingered outside the pack lands where the red Queen had disappeared into. Did she want to joint this pack? Her brother had liked the red woman, and it appeared as though she knew the wolves within this pack.

A shrug would lift her shoulders as she approached the border, claws kneading the ground. A call echoed from within the heart of the land, beckoning her forward. Massive paws pressed into the earth as she picked up a trot, rounded ears swiveling to pick up placement of the call. She would pick up an easy trot, her massive body moving with simple grace. Muscles rippled beneath her golden pelt, cyan eyes scanning the unfamiliar terrain. It was almost like home though, vast plans where you could see for miles. A small smile played on her lips.

Wolves had already gathered by the time she reached the heart of the land. Her paced slowed, as she searched the crowd. Would the red woman put two and two together? She would approach the one that seemed to be in charge, a vibrantly colored woman. "Hello, I am Elsa. If I could speak with your privately after perhaps?" Her crown would tip to the side, a friendly smile playing on her lips as she tried to appear as friendly as possible, though she doubted any of these wolves have ever seen a lion before. She would take a seat on the outskirts, trying to remain as least threatening as possible.

The beautiful creature was now a queen. She had a crown of gold placed upon her ebony head. The lady had an aura of power about her now. She had a few subjects beneath her reign, but Valhalla was growing. Steadily. She was going to be picky and very weary of people joining her pack. Her pack would be a warriors paradise. She had no time for slackers and idiots. Svanerna was a woman of fairness. Despite what others may think, the Vixen was not evil. She was neutral with darker tendencies. Sure, she likes to engage in sexual acts with her sons. But, is there any issue when the Gods themselves have yet to strike her down? She would wait for a sign, for the only judgement that mattered to her were the eyes above. The lady was a new reborn version of herself. Svan would rule always beneath Viiridiana, yet she was her own person. If her pack was going to fall she would protect her people over anyone. The lady would not let her pack fall. Though, she also had potential challengers on her mind. Valhalla was more then just a pack to some people and other were conspiring against her. Svan was a trained warrior, but others bothered her. It was like a ticking time bomb. But, as she slithered toward the call of her former leader her ears were perked and her wounds from past spars healed. The Viking Queen moved into the clearing with a smile as her eyes met Vi's. "Greetings, darling." She would love to view her past leaders meeting. Just in case she wanted to speak about politics and she wanted to catch up with her first pack in Ala. The lady would find a spot in the back, observing everyone.

Of course she had followed her russet queen, always a step behind her. There were so many wolves here, and it made her feel rather uncomfortable. Keeping her small frame close to the ground, her pale blue eyes remained down cast. All those eyes, and she felt like they were all watching her slink behind her injured master. When Sibelle found her seat, Ekko sat beside her, keeping her eyes on her paws like always.

Ekko felt strange emotions pooling off Sibelle, and her scarred face rose to look at her lady. What was going on? Letting out a soft whine, the small dame softly leaned against Sibelle and placed a soft lick on her shoulder, hoping to calm whatever was going on within her. Of course she said nothing, but even as her head moved downwards she kept her body leaned against her, hoping to offer some sort of support to her kind master.

Lying in his den for a nap, the male had woken quietly as the call for a meeting went up in the air. Rolling onto his stomach, he rose to large paws as he stretched each limb in turn and trotted out. He wasn't too far from where Vi had called from, and was there in no time. But not before others had beaten him there. He turned back, watching as Higinia slunk from the shadows that hid his den away from the world. Often times they had been sharing one, but Higinia seemed to prefer sleeping outside as opposed to inside. She was always more adventurous, so it was understandable.

Green eyes sought out the forms gathered, his mother not yet there. Although his aunts Sibelle and Viridiana were, and so he'd make his way forward as he greeted each one before settling near Sibelle. Cobalt blue and gold pelt shimmered in the sun, and he was quite surprised that Pandora or his other siblings hadn't gotten here yet, Pandora especially. She always managed to beat him to meetings, but not this time it seemed. He would save a spot for Higinia, nosing her as she settled beside him.

Vi's call would ring out, breaching dark audits. Her gaze would lift from her boys before rising. A soft bark would leave her jaws as she called her boys back. They had become restless, and wanted to spend every waking hour of the den. She had appeased them today and had taken them on a little adventure to see some of Covari. But now they would meet the pack. "Come on boys, its time for you to meet the rest of the pack." She would wait for them to catch up before heading towards the heart of the territory.

She kept her pace relatively slow so her children could keep up, and by the time they arrived, several others had already arrived before them. A few familiar faces, and one that was very strange. She would herd her kids away from the strange looking creature, shooting a smile at Vi and Des before taking a seat. "Now sit quietly and listen to your aunt." She would eye both of her boys before settling her attention on Vi, curious to know what this meeting would be about. She knew that Vi had beaten the Valhallan Queen, but nothing more.

The call would sound for Covari to attend a meeting. It had been quite some time since the last, not counting of course those ones during the epidemic and experience that to be honest he cared to forget in some ways, it certainly hadn't been a joyful period of time for anyone. During that time a fair amount had happened, far more than even Soliloquy could fully be aware of but whether knowledge and stories would be provided at the meeting the Destruction man wouldn't care, he would attend regardless and was already on his way there now.

Some had begun to gather, not many faces he knew very well if he was honest, none of his family had arrived yet either. He would find a space and settle himself down silently, his vivid yellow gaze occasionally flicking around the crowd and awaiting for any family to arrive though mostly would glance to Vi and await the red Queen to start the meeting. There were still plenty more wolves to arrive yet though, there would still be some waiting to do.

They would follow the lioness where she thought fit. Song's wounds would need medical attention, the sticky red liquid oozing from the claw marks would easily break through the scabs as she walked. Not without help either, she would lean most of her weight upon Garthinaw. Her hips being very wobbly with her new injuries. Brilliant gold and blue gaze would fall upon the red queen, not having seen her since she had brought the cure the scene was a bit different. She was almost more damaged than Song herself was.
As the last few paces between she and the beauty would close she would push herself from Garth's side, holding her own weight as she moved to embrace the other woman. "Hello, Vi." She would start, wondering if now was the best time, "I suppose we can exchange stories after the meeting." she would give her a tired laugh before finding Garth's side again and relaxing for the rest of the meeting.

Like a good hunter she had waited her prey out, allowing them to come to her rather then hunting them down herself. The bloody red queen. Dione would giggle, the board line psychotic sound bubbling up her throat as she lay in her swamp, the bottom half of a deer leg laying languidly draped through her paws. She had endless patience for these things, she would wait forever if need be but to her pleasure she would head a howl echo out. Immediately oversized ears would swivel to catch the sound, drinking them in. Oh wasn't this just perfect... Stockinged legs would unfurl beneath her lavished body as she pushed herself upwards. Yeah this would be perfect. So perfect that her petite form almost trembled with excitement but still she would force herself to walk as slowly as possibly, to not sprint there to see what she had come to see. No. Good things came to those who wait.

The tiny swamp monster would approach the meeting from the side, taking note of the already growing gathering of wolves as she tried to slip in as unnoticed as possible. It smelt like blood here, not fresh but old caked blood. Of wounds that had yet to heal. It smelt delicious... A smile would slowly unfurl across her features as she came to a half near the back, close to a white male with strange eye markings. She paid him no mind though, eyes not locked on the group who had called the meeting. There she was. The bloody red queen. And who was this fascinating nymph beside her? This woman draped in the color of royalty. My my the red woman's reputation for collecting pretty things had proceeded her. Slowly the tiny creature would flip her tail, lashing the fluffy apendage to the side as she lowered her haunches to the ground. For now she eyes would remain fixated in the pair who lead this pack.

Libra had only been a part of Covari for a couple of days when she heard Viridiana's call go out, pulling everyone together for a meeting. The golden woman lifted herself out of the den she had claimed for herself and shook out her duo-toned coat, not wanting to show up to her first meeting looking disheveled. She padded forward with purpose in her step, eager to make her presence in this pack known. When she arrived there was a small gathering of wolves there already, but of course Viridiana and the purple woman beside her caught her attention first. It still interested her and made her feel more at home to see the vibrant coat colors like her own. She let her gaze wander and spotted a couple of younger wolves that shared her alpha's red coloring and made the easy assumption that they were her children. Interesting. There was also a green hued woman that arrived just before she did that made her head tip with interest. Turning her attention back toward the woman that had accepted her into the pack, Libra settled herself among the crowd, eagerly awaiting any news there might be.

Maija moved swiftly from her den, determination evident in her walk. She was ready to see the red Queen, even if she was bombarded by other members. Her golden fur swept briskly into the wind, showing off the curves she had retained after childbirth so many seasons ago. The Romanian was a proud wolf, one that wanted to make sure she kept her figure and her dignity. The crown had been taken from Sibelle, but the honor that came with her sister would never be swept from under her paws.
Leaf green eyes sternly looked across the crowd as she appeared, noting that Eon had appeared before her. A faint of a smirk ran across her lips before it faded and she approached the Covari couple. Noticing Fia and Solo nearby, she gave them quick glances before greeting her new rulers. Words weren't said, but she merely gave both gentle cheek nudges with her cool nose. Her eyes roved over Vi's healing shoulder and another faint smile appeared. It was meant for Vi and Vi alone. "I couldn't be prouder of you."
Just like that, Maija pulled away from Covari's leaders and walked over towards Sibelle. The russet-furred lady was still recovering from her injuries and Ekko seemed to be doing a good job of remaining nearby. Leaf green eyes continued to watch her sister until she found a comfortable spot next to her. Her children were more than welcome to find their own spots today. She wasn't as anal about them being in one large bunch like before. The wolves she was surrounded by didn't give off the vibes some of those in Arcanum had. That was something she would never tell her sister.

Jendai approached the meeting with a little uncertainty. She had been scarce from Covari since almost the day after she had joined. She had easily followed Crucifix to this pack, liking his compliments and kind mannerisms, but so far she hadn't found anything else to keep her here. Especially now that she had found her brother and knew where her family was it was even harder to stay here. But, she had made a commitment and she wouldn't simply turn her back on that without at least asking permission to go be with her family. So, with that in mind, Jendai strode forward, holding her head high to attempt to stretch her meager height. However, when she arrived and her vibrant green gaze glanced around at the wolves there she hesitated once more. Crucifix was no where to be seen as of yet and he was the only wolf she knew so far. She looking around, hoping to see some kind of friendly face. A scent caught her attention, one similar to the one that had clung to her brother's pelt. Ludicael. Her gaze found the white woman that this scent came from and she moved toward her, but stopped herself. Perhaps after the meeting she could ask the woman about going back with her or maybe just asking about how her family was doing... With this in mind Jendai sat herself down a few feet from the woman, her gaze settling on the colorful pair at the front of the pack. For now she would do what a good pack member should and sit quietly to wait for the meeting to begin.

Confidence leaked from the entrance of her den, vibes of different colors surrounded her being as she slowly stepped out of her home. Pandora briskly shook her fur out, making sure every follicle fell into place. The sun, brightly lit in the sky, enveloped her in its warmth as her full, curvaceous frame left the shade of the den. Vi's howl hit the air and Pandora's golden-backed ears. Time to shine!
Her dainty paws carried her through the surrounding woods along a familiar path she had made after joining the pack. She avoided burrs and stray branches, thankfully enjoying the warm, spring breezes that swept around her very being. Silently, she wondered how the rest of her pack members would react to her presence. She knew that Auntie Vi and Desiree would have the spotlights, but damn it, she deserved her own limelight (however temporary). In no time at all, she reached the outer ranks of the group, but remained hidden in the woods. It was there that she waited.
Turquoise blue eyes scanned the wolves, all of whom were anticipating Viridiana to start the meeting. While she was eager to hear her aunt's words, too, she was still hoping to catch a glimpse of one wolf in particular...who was not there. 'Damn,' she thought. 'Oh well, time to please the masses!' She checked her paws and the rest of her form to see if there was any extra debris or clumps of dirt. Thankfully, her fur was perfect and she gave a happy sigh. All right. Show time!
With her head held high, she sauntered from the woods and through the unseen trail through the mass of wolves. Her hips swung in full fashion, showing off the zebra stripes that shimmered from the surrounding sunlight. Confident rolled off her body in waves as she saw Eon nearby and gave him a smirk. They were wolves of Armada-Artenie blood -- they had to show it! Her gaze then turned back to the two wolves in front of her and she continued her sashay.
After the wolves ahead of her gave their greetings to the alphas, Pandora unabashedly approached them. Bright eyes shimmered in pride as she lovingly licked both aunts on their left cheeks. "Hello, Auntie Desiree and Auntie Vi," she said, tones smooth and sweet with her Romanian accent twinkling in her words. She couldn't help but smile, it matching her eyes as her tail wagged behind her. Flawlessly, she took steps over to Desiree's side and lowered herself to the ground, front paws crisscrossing over each other. Ears remained perked and cobalt tail gently flew up and laid across her hind legs. She still searched for signs of Scorpion, but until then, her eyes would be satisfied with Viviek nearby. 'I'll see you after the meeting,' she thought as she took in all his beauty.

Walk | Talk | Think

His aunt may have ruled the pack, his sister may have shared the lands with her, but it was full of strangers. Unfamiliar face after unfamiliar face greeted him at every turn, so many whose mere presence caused the dark hairs on the back of his neck to raise uneasily. He had been here a short time already, seen the birth of his nephews, and yet he still did not feel as if he had found his place yet. What would Alamea have thought, hearing the way his thoughts second guessed him? She had been nervous from the start, more so than he had ever been. But there was nowhere to go, nothing to be done about it right this second. There was a pack meeting that needed his attention, and as a newly instated member of Covari he and his were expected to show.

His brow was drawn into a deep frown as he strode toward the gathering, his frosty blue eyes skimming from the back of the group toward the front. Not a single one of the wolves was recognizable to him save the one who called them together, each foreign though seemingly more at ease here than he felt. It was irritating in a sense, but spotting his sister seated beside her two boys - where was the father, he wondered, tired of his new family already? - Rune released a deep sigh and moved to join her.

He saw none of his children as he went, feeling a mixture of disappointment and worry. Where were his girls? Would they show? Nothing was said to Maia as he stopped next to where she and her children sat, a formal nod being given to her and swift glances given to both young boys. And where was his? Sleeping the day away? Wishing for the company of his family, needing them near to feel at least somewhat normal again, Rune sat up straight and looked Viridiana's way, eager for everything to get underway.

The large male proceeded to enter Covari territory, unafraid of being reprimanded for doing it without authority. The little she-wolf he had beside him was in danger health-wise, and she needed the best care there was. After talking with the white lady, he was told that such a healer was located within Covari's lands. He didn't argue and she didn't need to pressure him; he would go.
He took small steps, making sure she didn't fall from his side as they progressed through the unfamiliar land. Glacier-blue eyes shifted in various directions slowly, taking in the details of where he had been and where he was going to be. In no time at all, they reached the gathering of wolves and stood along the outer brink.
Song proceeded to want to see the leaders and he made sure they were side-by-side while doing so. She spoke to them shortly and then came back to him, resting against his massive frame as they found a comfortable spot to relax. He silently checked her over, making sure nothing wrong was sticking out in the different places that she had been attacked. Ears perked as he waited for the red woman to speak.

The boy would be late for the meeting, the cry would stretch out, but the boy had been outside Covari lands trying to come to terms with all that had befallen him of late. He was beyond confused with Vi, and the way she had talked to him at first has through he had greatly wounded her and then like he was beneath him, one who did not matter. He would turn and run back into the packs terratory, his paws a light beat against the earth as he struggled to get to the meetin on time, but his arrival regardless was late. Many wolves had already arrived before him and his eyes glanced around for those he knew. There was Vi standing at the head of his meeting and his eyes would quickly lower from her, part respect and part sadness. He would see Sib as well and his eyes would take to her form. His gaze was worried, as he wondered how she was handling her injuries and all that had befallen her in turn.

He would take a seat against the earth, not by anyone in paticuler and keeping his eyes mostly lowered. Of late he did not really feel he belonged in Covari, or anywhere really. He did not even understand the emotions that churned in his gut, the ones that made him feel hollow and like something important was simply missing.
