wicked
The monstrous pup had been more then restless. It was time to be let free no matter what her parents said. Banshee was the spawn of satan himself and it sure did seem like it. Mordi was big on temper tantrums but the much larger first born sister was more of a blunt ball of anger. Her name was more then fitting with her loud shouting and more then abrasive attitude. It seemed she had learned the vicious tongue from her mother and the rage from her father. Being born with a chip on her shoulder, her parents would have to be quick to cut her down a few notches.
Those beautiful blue green eyes fluttered into view as the larger pup woke from a nap. The sounds of gentle snores and idle movement filled her ears but she gave no attention to any of it. Soon she lifted herself up on all fours and wiggled her legs to stretch them a bit. With a huff the pup waddled her way towards the entrance of the den with a mischievous look on her face. It was time to explore. The sun was out and high in the sky which meant Father would still be sleeping as well as Recluse. Mordecai was lightly still napping but where was momma? The babe looked around before taking a few steps out of the den into the large forest. Her eyes looked up to the canopy of the trees with wonder. Each and every time the piebald pup left the den her gaze filled with awe. Everything was so big.
Banshee
The snow comes, white and glistening, erasing the troubles beneath, directing the cinnamon babe toward a new and positive day. The coldness only crispens up her resolve to find food today. Perhaps in this swirling perfect whiteness that gives crystalline kisses, the coolness in the air will rejuvenate her soul, elevate her spirit and give her more reasons to step forward with confidence. It might be winter but there is beauty in it, clarity, the kind of thinking that lets her notice small details like how the trees though bare have the promise of spring within them, like the Gods themselves lies dormant in the branches, ready to burst forth and greet the world or like how one of her spawns went into a small adventure of her own. Of course it was Banshee. The babe did not even had to see her ashen crown in order to gamble it was her. With a hum of her full, ebon lips she prowled towards the small creature, regalia held low and elegant tea cups gracefully and silently headed towards her. As soon as the spawn was in front of a tree, the babe rose, balancing her strenght on her back limbs as the front ones were places upon its bark. All it took where a few shakes for the snow to fall upon the spawn.Where do you think you are going, devil chop? she purred, serpentine bodice creeped from behind the three, brow arched in question. |
Banshee was waddling about aimlessly. Exploration and wonder consumed her mind. It was hard to pay attention to everything but she figured she was safe enough. Being in pack borders and under a canopy of trees. The babe had enough cover to hopefully not be selected and taken by a bird of prey. Thus, she continued on with her little journey. Her stubby puppy legs carried her form slowly through the snow. The sting of cold snow hit her pads but the adventure was enough to distract her from any true worry. It wasn't until she heard rustling from the tree she was next to that her heart began pounding. Blue eyes went wide as she witnessed the tree shaking a bit. Before Banshee could further investigate or even run away snow toppled onto her cranium.
"Oof!" The pup fell upon her rump and shook the snow from her head. Fear riddled her form but suddenly a familiar face was seen from behind the tree and sultry tones emitted through the air. Momma! A yip of excitement could be heard as the pup moved onto her four legs to waddle towards her mother. Banshee moved to nuzzle Thy's front right leg with a wagging tail. "I thought you was a Bear!" Ban then thought over her mother's inquire. "I was just explorin'!" Was she in trouble?
Banshee
A familiar warmth washed over her whole being as fiery orange lenses watched the small hild falling on her rump in the snow. The mother's love she had for her three devil chops was the ordinary kind. It was no more than any mother she knew and respected, no more than Leeras and no more than their father, Hannibal. It was the kind of love that would move heaven and earth for her children if she had the power. It was the kind of love that says "I would give my life for my child any time, any place." That doesn't make the bronze mistress unusual, they came from her and they were hers and must as she was theirs. It was the kind of love that would take on anyone, anyplace, anytime if they threaten the wellbeing of her spawns. And thought she did not understood back then she certainly understood now. A smile spread across her beautiful, exotic visage; pride swept within her veins as she gaze upon her oldest spawn, she was already big enough to explore and have her curiosities push her outside. You grow up so fast. her purrs came fondly as she leaned over in order to wipe her plush, coral tongue upon her crown, affectionately. You want to become an Explorer, baby claws? she offered a small chuckle, light and filled with endless wonder and tranquility. These years were the most important of her life, alas it was the months in which her children will still listen to her before their rebelious phases and both Hannibal and her will have to take up on that before it is too late and miss the precious memories. Now, there is no possibility in which I could be a bear. a soft smile crept uponher visage once again, allowing her muzzle to nuzzle the small pup, A bear would do like this, she offered before mimicking bear sounds and nipping gently at her tiny ears, pulling them softly.
