The pups were due any day, her small form rounded and widened by their unborn bodies. Moving around had become harder for her, and the brown woman did little of it as possible. The only exception for this was when Sin came, for the woman was so glad to see him when he came, so excited for the children that stirred within her. She knew that Sin would be coming soon, he came much more frequently now that her time was so near, and soon she prayed that the male would stay with her for a time. She knew he had his own agenda... but being there for the birth of his children was certainly needed. They had to be perfect for their father... and Arietta didn't doubt that they would be. The young woman would rise from the blanketed pillows she gathered, padding out to the cold deck. He would remind himself to give her a good training as soon as she was able, at least so she would know how to defend herself.
