Icy blue eyes landed upon the surroundings of a new place to reside. The dame always enjoyed exploring and seeing vast landscapes and new opportunities to meet someone new. It always seemed that she never stood still to admire anything for too long, but, she always believed to keep moving unless one was to find something to keep them situated in a place that they could possibly call home. However, since she had a yearling traveling with her, finding a possible home to settle down to wait out the snow would be a better opportunity than traveling longer distances. Despite having a coat and form that could withstand the cold climate, her young cargo was a different story and she didn't wish to make things uncomfortable for him for too long. Even though the woman knew that would change sooner or later, she wanted to take time with him and have him learn some more before she tried out anything that could put him or both of them in a serious predicament.
Morning was starting to show it's presence to the fawn maiden as she stretched her limbs, turning her cranium to see the young male was still sleeping peacefully within the tree den that they happened to find the previous night. Though the temperatures were much warmer here, she wanted to cross the land bridge once again and find a more opportunistic location where she could teach her adopted son some more tricks so that when he was off on his own, he could survive and flourish without needing her guidance anymore.
Orabelle walked over to where a large body of water happened to make its presence known to her. She was watching for any possible fish that she could grab for an easy meal, but, so far, they hadn't come close to her so she waited patiently and watched the sunrise. The rays of sun glistened over her brown pelt, almost making the dame seem to shine within the sun's rays. But, at least the sun would warm her up so she could start the day on the right foot as she sat down, her tail curled around her as she waited for anything new to show it's presence to her.
