Amber eyes adjusted to the night sky as he crawled up from under a small den where he got some much needed sleep. Hadn't he known that he would wake up during the night he wouldn't have slept during the day. Oh well, sleep was decent enough for him, and he needed to get his strength up regardless. Who knew if he would be needed for something once again when it came to his sister or any of his siblings. He doubted he would be much use in his current condition, since he was not able to speak any coherent words...or any words for that matter. Every time he tried it would either be inaudible, or would cause rather excruciating pain for the young wolf. He definitely needed to get adjusted to everything when it came to these lands. As of right now he was a loner, and he was not much use being one, but he had been one for the longest time the canine had forgotten what it was like to be a part of a large group of his own kind.
Nonetheless, he needed to focus on his tasks at hand, which was getting what needed to survive. He walked over to where there was a lake nearby. A few bugs happened to be scattering about due to Spring beginning to show itself to the land. He happened at the frigid water as he replenished his thirst and sat by the lake in thought as to what he was going to do now. Should he continue on his merry way and see if he couldn't find a possible mate or woman to give him offspring, stay with his sister, he hadn't a clue at this point as he sighed inaudibly and looked to the moon. Trying to find any source of a sign as to what he was going to do or what he should do from the Gods. As of right now, he seemed so out of place in this land as well as with himself.

The days were getting warmer though it still grew fairly cool at night. Houdini was grateful for the warmer weather, as was her tiny winged wolf companion. Gavroche was excited to see the new life spreading across Boreas and had already begun collecting some of the general herbs he knew about. But his stash was small at the moment… he really needed to find something to carry them in so he could find and carry more. At least he had found a place to lay down for the night… Hopefully when he returned to the territory he’d been staying in the other herbs hadn’t been messed with.
Coming out of the temporary den Gavroche breathed in slowly. His green eyes shifted towards the lake only to be surprised when he saw a stranger standing by the water. For a moment Gav just watched him, quiet, thoughtful. The boy finally decided to move forward and took delicate pawsteps towards the other, speaking up in a soft voice. “Good evening.” The boy said. Houdini had been left in the den… he was on his own for this encounter.

His thoughts and everything he had thought about previously all but vanished when he heard the sound of a young male it seemed. His voice was rather shaky, but who would be when it came to encountering someone such as he? He thought for sure he would be seeing someone tall and robust as well, but, as he turned his cranium upon further analysis...that was certainly not the case. What he saw...for sure he thought it was some sort of mystical being or God. He may have been rather small, which was something Seker had never seen before, but, his wings were an added addition that shocked the male completely as his eyes widened. His expression, to some, may have been rather rude but that was not what it meant to him. He was surprised to see the young male in such a state and size, hearing him say 'Good evening'.
His eyes focused on the young one's, dipping his head slightly in greeting. He kept his head high as his throat where his injury was, was a bit more noticeable so the one conversing with him would be able to see his predicament when it came to speech. It was not that he couldn't, it was very hard to do so and excruciatingly painful every time he were to try. That thought alone made Seker curious as to how he was going to react to this encounter and situation. A lot of wolves he had met told him that if he didn't act so ruthless, he wouldn't be in this sort of predicament. Well...they were right, but, it was just how the male was used to due to living off scraps and fighting to survive, he just picked a worthy opponent to take a meal from. But, he waited patiently to see what this male would do or say.
