Fire in the Night
Meet & greet
B
anshee was having a pretty good time at the festival. Her father had caught a great Golden Fish in which he had gifted to her. She felt slightly irritated she hadn't caught it herself but she was pretty grateful Hannibal had been so nice to give it to her. Maybe she could turn it in for a grand prize? She had left it with her Father to go do some more exploring which he didn't mind much. Banshee was slowly coming around to her sire again after a longe while of resentment. Not all wounds were healed but she was feeling a bit better about everything. Now that she was training more and more the babe was seeing a light at the end of the tunnel rather then being cooped up in her den all day.
A scent slipped into her dappled nostrils and her head perked up. It had a familiar twinge but was primarily foreign. It was similiar to Heloise and Erovrare but no one she had ever met. It very easily peaked her interest and she began to follow the trail. Soon her baby blue eyes fell upon the fiery sight of a younger pup. Banshee trotted forth with a raised head and a sly smirk. "Hey little one." They weren't horribly far a part in age but Ban took any chance to flaunt her stuff.
His head turned when he swore he heard someone calling him little. For a moment, he thought it was his mean older sister, but then he realized that one...she would never greet him that way. And two, that didn't sound like her, either. He turned around to face whoever had said that, and squinted at the girl. "Who you calling little? He retorted as he eyed her up and down. He could probably take her if he wanted to, but he wasn't here to fight...besides, her words weren't exactly fight worthy. She hadn't said things like Theta had...yet. And he didn't know if she would, but if there anything he learned from his bitchy sister was that it was always possible, even when he hadn't done anything wrong to them. Still, he was kind of glad to meet another pup here. Sure there were plenty back home, but they were mostly all of his siblings and one that...now that he thought about it...kinda sorta smelled like this one. He assumed the girl his dad had brought home was another one of his siblings though, just his litter was the youngest. "You're little too, but I can tell you're older than me. Who're you?" He asked curiously, noticing her markings and the way they dappled across her coat. She sure was pretty at least, not boring and drab looking like Theta, he'd give her that. |
