I'll be TWISTED its my turn!

The scent of blood, it hung in the air as the six month old pup finished her meal. The small, skinny rabbit the girl had managed to get a hold of had tufts of it's bloody fur laying here and there. One shouldn't play with their food, but Arisu simply couldn't resist. After breaking it's leg just watching it trying to get away. Try to escape it's fate. But there was only one fate for the weak, and in the end it had met that fate. Her jaws ended the creature's life. It had made a good enough meal she supposed, though the child wasn't satisfied. No... she yearned for more. To get her body ready... to press herself... to become not just a shadow in the background by the form of a rising god to keep those of this world in their place. She sought to become something better than perhaps even her own mother ever thought she would be.

So the girl would move, setting her defenses and going through a series of movements with them set. Eyes narrowed, ears pinned, core tightened, legs spread, knees bent, shoulders rolled forward, scruff scrunched, hackles raised, tail raised to the spine, head lowered, and chin tipped forward. She had been learning from watching and fighting those foxes... soon she would be ready for true spars. To test her strength and build herself into greatness. She was focused, brow furrowed as she did each quick movement, trying to make sure to maintain each defense through it all.

It wasn't often that the red woman left the comforts of her den, prefering the solitude for the time being. She couldn't handle their expressions, couldn't handle the pity and judgement. It was all too much, even from her own children. But today she would lift herself unsteadily onto three paws and shuffle her way out of her den. She would toss a quick glance to Orchid's den, make sure the woman wouldn't come running out to shoo her back to bed before she set of out into the range. Her bobbed with the exaggerated motion of trying to keep her balance as her one good forepaw hopped along. Left leg would dangle uselessly, paw curled up at the ankle to keep it from hitting the ground but without putting any strain on her shoulder. She had no real destination in mind but she would move though the range quietly, moving away from the scents of others generally.

That was until one drifted towards her. Arisu? Vi had not spoken with her children in quite some time. Not since the plague at least... Guilt riddled her heart and for a moment she would stand, studying the direction where the smell drifting from. Oh why not... Vi would set off towards the young girl who seemed to be training. The sight brought a small smile to the woman's lips as she approached from behind and seated herself a short distance away to watch. "Have you been training alone?" Vi would ask, head tipped curiously as she studied the girls movements. She had definatly been training. Had she found a mentor? Was she training with her siblings?

Arisu would not miss the approaching sounds of another, treading upon the ground and growing closer. One ear would swivel towards the sound of her approaching mother, waiting until she was spoken to before the girl came to a stop, returning to a normal stance before turning her gaze to her mother. Green orbs would meet the yellow hues of her mother, respect, as well as an undertone of love, within her own gaze. She may not have been a red child, as three of her siblings were, but she knew that her mother cared for her just as much. It was their other mother that she was less sure of, but if she made her birth mother happy then it was important to Arisu that Des be by her mother's side.

"For now yes. I had hopes Solo and I might train together, though it would seem he has found his own path doing things. I wished not to disturb him from his life, so I set off alone. I am not as close to the others, though if they ever need me or ask anything of me there is no doubt I would be there for them." The girl wore a small smile. She would dip her head to Vi before coming close and sitting at her side, gently pressing against her mother's form. Attention from her mother, especially one on one, had been rarer, but she loved Vi no less for it.

"I wish to become a daughter that can not only hold her own weight, but show the world that she is just as strong as her mother, and has her own ambitions. Though if you keep up your current streak, mother, I will have quite the time trying to create my own legacy written with such greatness." There was no flattery, only truth, love, and respect within her dark tones. Arisu truly loved her mother, one of the only wolves to make her actually be quite chatty. Her mother, and Solo, were perhaps the only two wolves that had ever truly seen the real her.
