Fracture approached the border with a wolf in tow. She was a woman he'd met one day wandering the battlefield, looking to lend out her services in healing. She'd done fine work on him that day and others since, and Fracture had found himself turning to her once he realized a need Winterfell had to fill. Her love of teaching would surely benefit his pack, his king, and Yurei. Once they made it to the threshold, Fracture let loose a booming howl of summons. It asked for the King's presence, to approve of his request. If granted, he'd call for Yurei to meet her mentor. "Too late to change your mind now." The dark male turned to Riva with a small smile. Since the disbanding of her old pack, Riva hadn’t been sure what to do with herself. She missed the goofy giant brothers that had lived there, and her plot she had grown her herbs in. it was the first time she had attempted truly settling in and staying somewhere, and thought she had found her purpose. Now, she once again struggled to find the herbs she needed, and looked for wolves in places like the battlefield, so she might fifull her craft in healing. She was essentially back to being a drifting wonder, with no real goal other than to heal those around her. When Fracture had come to her, asking if she would mentor a wolf in the art of healing, she had been delighted. She had jumped at the possibility, and agreed easily. She followed alongside the taller man, her healer bag bouncing against her side as she struggled to keep up. Her blue eyes smiled at him as he teased her. “I have no intention to” she promised him. The howl he heard from the borders was not something he expected. However, it was one he recognized. Lifting his head from his task, he decided to leave it for later and go to see what Fracture was calling him for. The alabaster titan wasted no time in going from point A to point B, and when he arrived to find Fracture, he was curious to see that there was someone else with him. It wasn't someone that he recognized, but as he approached he grew more curious. Had he brought someone else to recruit into Winterfell? Stopping before the two, he dipped his head to both in greeting. "Hello Fracture, Miss. What can I do for you?" He tried to hide the curiosity in his voice, but he hadn't done too well of a job with that.

Acere came to the call quickly, and Fracture bowed his head at his approach. The dark male appreciated how his king responded to even those of lower ranks, coming quickly as if Fracture was someone of importance and his word could be relied on. It made him feel good, and he kept his head down respectfully until the king began to speak. "Your Grace, this is Riva." He gestured a dark paw towards her. He felt a small amount of anxiety bubble in his chest as he realized Acere might not accept his proposition. How poor Riva might feel if she was rejected. "There is one among us - Yurei - she is very shy and afraid, though desperate to prove herself to Winterfell.
