Ash Armada - help me add some flair

So this is both an interest check, and some plot help. I've got the basic sketch-up/start of ranks, but I need to add some flair and oomph to the rank names and descriptions. if anyone wants in on the plot, or have some great ideas for ranks, please post below!

(Background info - this Pack will be both an army, and a school for aspiring warriors. To fit both Sirius's need to protect the Empress, and his love for teaching)


ASH ARMADA

TIER 1

– Ashen Warlord (1)  –  The Admiral of the Ashen Empires army. His is both teacher and warrior, who leads at the head of the army.

– Praetor (1) -  The Consort, Who’s voice is equal to that of the Warlord. This rank is not challengeable.

– Reaper (1)  - You Reap What You Sow. this Wolf is responsible for up-keeping the laws of the pack, and punishing those that break them. They carry the voice of the Warlord. They are also in charge of the pack slaves. This is a challenging rank, as the wolf must excel at fighting.

TIER 2

– Adversary Heir (2)  The Heirs to the Ash Armada. In the event of the Warlord and his consort falling, The Adversary Heirs will have a dominance-style challenge to determine the next Ash Warlord. The leader will rise, and the loser will fall into the slave rank.

- Sensai(?better name?) (∞) Headmaster rank

TIER 3

– Dreadnaught (∞)  -  Elite warriors that excel at brute force

- Howlers (∞) - These are the elite warriors of the pack, will train and work as a unit. They will excel at Black-ops, finesse style missions.

– Teachers (∞)  -

TIER 4

– Warrior (∞) General bulk of the army, those that show promise can be trained to move into an elite force

TIER 5

– Student (∞) - Student of the war school

NON-TIER RANKS

– Slave (∞) - Slave of the Ashen Empire
