Since the meeting Draya had been doing her best to keep the sheep from munching away on the plants she could tell might be useful, especially meadowsweet, as Allar had suggested. She'd wanted to give the herbs a few more days to mature but also knew she couldn't wait too long. So today she'd decided it would be time.

Darya had cleared some space in the small burrow she'd claimed as a small storage space. What remained of her dandelions were gently piled after she'd picked out the rotten ones. Now she simply needed to collect the herbs. She moved among the sheep, keeping her eyes out of the tell-tale white flower heads. She spotted a clump of the herb and the girl picked up her pace, noticing a sheep moving towards them. Darya gently nudged the sheep in a different direction, eager to save the plant from being grazed upon. Darya settled onto her haunches and gently pulled at the earth around the stalks of the herb, getting ready to harvest the flowers.

The stallion wandered across the pack lands, nothing really captured his interest as of late, and he hadn't quite bothered to help with the herds. It was a strange concept to him...a herbivore rounding up other herbivores...he could sort of see why the wolves were doing it with them being meat eaters but...he wasn't sure how he felt about helping them with that particular kind of project. He stopped on a hillock and started to graze, and as he was minding his own business doing horse things, he felt a prod on his shoulder from his companion. "Look over there," Balian lifted his head, still munching some grass as his gaze followed the direction his companion was pointing at. He spotted one of the wolves among the sheep, though she didn't appear to be trying to herd them..."So?" He felt he had done enough for these wolves. He didn't particularly concerned to help every single one. As he went back to grazing, he was prodded again and he blew through his nostrils with irritation. "What now?" "Why don't you go see if she needs help? Looks like she's doing some...gardening?"

Balian sighed, unamused at the idea of going to watch a wolf gardening or whatever she was doing. "If I go offer help, will that satisfy you?" He received a nod from the monkey, and reluctantly he started to make his way over. It took him a minute or two to reach them, and already his ears pressed back against his head from the sound of she sheep. He approached Darya as he walked through the flock of sheep, parting them like the red sea until he stood a few feet from her. "Hey, wolf. Do you uh...need any help?" His monkey companion peered over his shoulder, waving at the she-wolf and offering a smile.
