The further it seemed she traveled, the stranger and more wondrous did the sights grow. While thus far, her favorite and most treasured memory was that of the heaven's-spire - or, to Sirius, the Cathedral Point - she still saw beauty and promise in all she crossed. The further south did her paws carry her, too, the less heavy the snow became. While she was no stranger to the cold, and held up rather well in it, she was glad to see it grow thinner on the earth. It didn't hide as much from her curious gaze, and it enabled her to travel faster, with more prominent steps. The place she found herself coming upon now, was... She had no words for it. Like she often was, Rhen was in a deep state of awe, staring at the land before her, with things she had never seen; made of material she had never known. She had seen no stranger things than this, more curious than this- just what are you? She wondered to herself excitably.

The moon had long replaced the sun in the sky, illuminating the world in a dim light. It's eye was nearly full, and the light reflected off the snow, rejecting the darkness that would normally lay claim. Things stuck out from the earth, and she sniffed them curiously- trinkets littered about without purpose or known history- great (metal) beasts lay dead and abandoned. Rhen examined each with a revitalized spirit, drinking in each new sight, feeling a slow obsession growing in her gut. "Just what are all you..." Rhen murmured to herself, brows furrowed thoughtfully.

After her hunt Diana was heading back south, she had claimed the elk spirit for herself and would hopefully be able to reunite with her brothers and offer her services to the pack they'd found themselves in. So her paws turned southward, the heavy piles of snow being left behind, at least a little bit though snow it seemed persisted even here. Diana found herself drawn towards a strange open field. There was a higher concentration of death here, it hung thick in the air the way a rising storm did, but the spirits were faint, so old they didn't even hold a form or at least any form she recognized. They whispered to her in words she couldn't understand. Whatever had happened here had brought on a lot of death...

But it was the scent of the living that drew the woman's attention this time. Diana adjusted her course rounding one of the massive metal carcasses that littered the plateau to find the stranger. For a moment the Klein woman observed the other woman, then she let out a soft huff of greeting, stepping a bit closer.
