He had welcomed the young Kaizer into the pack not too long ago now. He had given her a den, and a chance to settle in. It was important now that he took the chance to learn more about the woman, and what kind of warrior she would become. It was in the early hours of the morning that the Warlord rose from his bed, and began his patrol. As his paws swallowed the familiar pathways beneath him, he let his mind wonder. He needed to test the skills and fortitude of certain unknowns. Kaizer was one of them. He finished the patrol, and took a bite to eat from the kill pile, still mulling over the thought. Perhaps, what he needed was to take her on a short adventure. He knew just the place. Coming to a stop by the obelisk that stood in the center of his territory, the Warlord raised his head, and called out to her. |
Kaizer was used to getting up early, though today she had slept a little later than she meant. Exaughsted by her travels and more so she stayed up late talking to Aslatiel the night previous. That didn't mean though that she wasn't ready for the warlord's call. Hearing it made her limbs tingle ready for action. She rose to her feet from the place she had been sitting and made her way over. He still was in a sense breath taking. She approached him with a respectful dip of her head.
"Morning Sirius sir." Kaizer was excited and also curious as to what he had planned for her today. Causing her to tilt her head to him. "Is there anything special planned for me today?" hopefully it wasn't a stupid question she was just curious. She also liked to stay in the know of what her situation was. Kaizer saw no point in hiding how one felt about another. Why not ask and clarify? |

“There is indeed” he agreed easily, getting back to his feet, and waving her forward with his tail. “Follow me” with that, he would take her down the packs beach. To the training fields laid out for different purposes. The stuffed dummies would be his course today. He stopped before them, and nodded his head forward. “I would like to see your fighting technique, set your defenses, and come at the training dummy as through it was your enemy” he instructed.
She followed him as instructed curious as to what was in store. A tackling dummy with Aslatiel's scent all over it. Of course the rest of the packs scent was on it too, for the training fields it seemed there were these and she had to smile. "Asla's handywork?" she questioned for a moment tilting her head. Kaizer hadn't told him yet that she had grown fond of his daughter. The two of them still needed to ask if Kaizer could train to be her guard. Maybe she would bring it up to him during this. Regardless as she was instructed her thoughts centered to her training at home.
Kaizer thought of the war and imagined one of the wolves being from the rival pack. Her knee's bent and her ears pulled against her head. Pulling her lips back in a snarl as the muscles around her face scrunched, the girls eyes narrowed into slits and her head tucked closer to her neck. Her toes spread in the sand, tail acting as a rudder to keep her balance. Kaizer rolled her shoulders inward, pulling her scruff forward as well deciding what her first move would be. It was much easier with a non moving target but she tried not to think of it that way. Kicking off she moved to the right jutting her left shoulder into the chest of the dummy at the same moment her jaws opened attempting to bite at the left shoulder of the dummy her upper jaw towards the back of the elbow and the lower towards the front. Meanwhile her body twisted and she made an attempt to be consistant with her defenses. However she felt slightly awkward stepping back after the fake attack and looking to Sirius. |
