Ft Eligos

Night traveled through the valley with her usual rushed pace, she had to be in the move all the time and allowing herself to stay for too long in one place seemed like a suicide. That male she encountered first made her even warier of others, she wasnt going to let others approach any more. But what could someone as small as she do? She was born weak, helpless and she barely knew how to talk. The captivity had caused deep issues in her soul. And it maybe would be highly impossible for her to change. Slowly she walked but as she looked away, she could see a huge amount of wolves gathered at the distance. All types of them were there doing who knows what.At first she stopped and stared in silence as just for having a closer look she walked forward but only getting to a distance of 20 feet. But then fear collided inside her but her face was yet cold and blank. Without any more time she rushed forward not seeing where she was going and that caused her to almost crash against a larger wolf, but just in time she managed to dodge. But it didnt stop her from falling face on the soil. "Speech" | 'Thoughts' |

Eligos was left alone with his thoughts as once again Cypher and Kida had taken off in gleeful anticipation of the herds of children for them to play with. They weren't completely pleasant thoughts, but at least his mood had mellowed from brooding to merely thoughtful since he'd arrived at the festival. He'd brought his armor in anticipation of the sparring, but had left it back with the pack's trade goods in their temporary camp. One wolf or two wolves were always on watch there, and they traded in and out at intervals so everyone got a chance, so it was well guarded. Besides, it was close enough to the market to keep an eye on. It was just too hot and heavy to be wearing all the time, and "intimidating" wasn't particularly the impression he cared to make right now. Caught up in glancing over at the camp to check on it now, he was taken by surprise when a smaller female nearly ran into him. He was already nearly stopped, pausing as he had to glance over at the camp, so he merely set all four paws to the earth and waited. The female managed to dodge around him, but her sudden movement must have flustered her and she tripped. Eligos didn't move any closer, keeping his distance out of respect for personal boundaries, but he dropped his full attention on the hapless woman. "Are you all right?" he asked her quietly, allowing a faint concern to color his tone.

The fallen wolf took some time to realize she was now on the floor, all came in so sudden that she could barely process what had happened, but after a few instances, she managed to stand up but with shaky legs making it hard to stay steady on her four legs. She shook her coat clean as she looked around. But what she saw made her freeze there where she was standing,a large male stared at her.As large as the other one she met a few weeks ago, and with her heart pounding fast she had lost any control of her limbs. Even if she wanted she couldn't move any single muscle, she couldn't run or curl down, she couldn't stand there observing the stranger trying to keep a blank expression as she did in the last encounter. "Sorry...." She whispered having some difficulties breathing due to the fear. She placed her tail between her legs and ears flattened. "Sorry, I disturbed you..." Her speech was poor, she knew just enough to let herself be understood but nothing complex despite her age. She lowered her eyes not wanting to make a sort of challenge by staring the his eyes directly. This was something her slavers taught her not to do ever, which could easily be a death sentence in most cases. "Speech" | 'Thoughts' |

The female froze, staring up at him with what appeared to be terror, and Eligos had the faint urge to look over his shoulder to see who she was so terrified of, though he knew intellectually that she was looking at him, and not at some towering monster behind him. He simply wasn't... used to wolves seeing him as something to be terrified of. It was always his name that they were wary of, rather than his visage. Maybe he ought to acquire some horrific scars, because he could see this paralytic terror being useful in some cases. But, he decided, he much preferred to be treated with respect - though just a touch of trepidation and dread could be nice - rather than this panicky terror.
"I am not disturbed," he assured her mildly. "Merely concerned for your well-being. Are you injured? You took quite a tumble."
